Our kitchen was only out of service for that single day, whereas other companies told us the installation could take several days. Not mine. My wife, so far has made no less than three attempts to contact him, but we have not gotten a call back. EDIT - About an hour after posting my review, Mo returned our call and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Work was satisfactorily completed. I'm increasing the rating from 3 stars to 4.
