They have zero recourse other than to tell me sorry the price keeps rising and your stored items are ruined. Use 500 dollars in insurance which does not cover anything truly. I wish I could post a video of some thermal vision to let everyone see the hundreds of rats. No matter you can smell them.

The best thing is that this storage location is just 5 minutes from our home so essentially it is like storing our prized investment right next to us and it sits under a recently built covered area.
