The team there is aware, your items will be nested in, chewed on, and used as a rat toilet. I contacted them and the matter remains unresolved. I can simply take the loss, move my rat urine and feces covered items and salvage what I can. They have zero recourse other than to tell me sorry the price keeps rising and your stored items are ruined. Use 500 dollars in insurance which does not cover anything truly. I wish I could post a video of some thermal vision to let everyone see the hundreds of rats. No matter you can smell them.

Have been locked out by non-working gates and when you call to complain about the rent increase, they read from a paper that basically tells you they don't care. Now in less than 3.5 years my rent has increased to $307 a month. That was final increase I'm sticking around for. As of move out, Feb. 21, 2025, there was only one cart for the entire facility. This has also been an ongoing issue since Public Storage took over. I have mentioned this to the staff in the past, but it has never been addressed.

The owner operator is friendly and helpful but has established a list of do's and don'ts that we both respect and are delighted to find in place. The lot is fully paved and easily accessible from the Grand Parkway feeder road heading West. The pricing was reasonable covered storage not to mention the security provided. The best thing is that this storage location is just 5 minutes from our home so essentially it is like storing our prized investment right next to us and it sits under a recently built covered area.
