Coincidentally the cameras weren't working when this occurred, yet on the website it clearly states there are security cameras. Not only were the cameras not working, the lock was tampered with and changed without my knowledge - and guess what, NOTHING WAS DONE. No one said anything until I got there and tried the lock. Theyre trying to tell me someone dropped in through a vent in the ceiling and stole everything. Wasn't aware you could let yourself out from the inside of a locked storage unit, pretty sure beds don't fit through vents either. RUN FROM HERE!!!!!!

Right now, Northpark is a mess with the widening project but I don't blame any of the businesses that are having to put up with it but it does mean we have to plan our route and the time of day we go there and back carefully. Our RV trailer is in one of the big open carport style units and I love that it is so easy to back in! And the space is wide enough I can fit our trailer in with room on one side for the fold down steps as well as putting the slide out on the other side when I need to work inside the trailer. The units also have electric outlets close by and this is great because if it is going to be below freezing in the winter I can leave a small space heater inside to keep things from freezing and in the summer I have a small dehumidifier to keep mildew from forming inside. So far we haven't had to deal much with management since renting here but when we first did they were nice. The only reason I knock off a star is for the entrance at the electric gate. There are pot hole in the gravel, I have even brought a shovel to try to refill them but the wheels of vehicles just create the holes again which are a real annoyance when you are pulling a trailer in or out. They really should put down some asphalt on either side of the gate or concrete.

When I moved into the unit in December the price was $230 per month. Within the first 30 days they jumped the price to $358. They require a 30 day move out notice and on 1/28 and 1/31 I sent them an email regarding a move out day of 2/28 and on March 3rd they charged my credit card $426.19. I had to cancelled my credit card because of this company, and I am having an issue getting them to refund my money. If I don't get my money back I will need to file a claim in small claims court. I recommend that you go elsewhere they are crooks.
