Sunday my family received the worst customer service. Our…read moreappointment was fiot 4pm. The lady called me at 4 and I told her we were in the store on the way to the studio. She replied in a rude tone 'well if you not here by 4:15 then you might as well not come ' again I told her we were in the store changing. I the mother of the group got there with two of the five in the party at 4:10. Informed her she could start the shot with those two and she refused to move.i stood there another 5 minutes trying to convince her to start and still no results. She sat there watching the clock until 4:14 and the only response we received was 'it's 4:15' I reminded her of what she said on the phone and we were there at,that time. I then asked again for to start and she began making up excuses as to how long it was to take her and he to shut the equipment of at five. My response with my family dressed and there 'what did she wasn't me to do ' and her reply was'reschedule'. I say yes but we are here. She then said we had to reschedule because they close exactly 5pm. Store managers were no help either. The portraits lady asked me why didn't I use the one in Dallas since we live in Dallas. In talking with a niece who has pictures completed also at this area. she was services by the same lady but her shot was one hour after her appointment time and she refused to sell her packages she asked for. She said the lady really discouraged her from the purchase. Another niece went into the same studio but was blessed to have a different worker and her experience was wonderful and she got what she wanted . If this setting was not a gift from a family member I would not go back andv will tell all my friends about it. We had to transfer our tickets to the Mavericks game for April 1 due to limited customer service skill. I will redress my family and today Monday (only because my family paid for us a photo shoot.). And to answer why I didn't use a Dallas store is because I do all my shipping at this store but with service like this I will check out the Dallas store on Skillman. After visiting multiple stores and being constantly disappointed with how pixilated the scan was, I decided it was time to give Dallas Media Center a shot! Realizing that scanning one photo was a fairly small task, I was not sure if they'd even do it. But, I went by there was was promptly greeted, reassured they could do it, and they did it within an hour! They blew away my expectations with how well they did - they even did some touch up work to truly perfect the photo. Because of this, I'll be sure to use them for small and large projects alike moving forward!

However, Dallas Media Center did a great job and put me at ease. I also had labeling done on the DVDs with our family pictures and it came out perfect. Aside from the exceptional job they did with the transfers, the cooperation and friendliness of the staff was nothing less than commendable! I absolutely recommend this place. Jump forward to the first of October this year when I finally dropped that photo off. They were professional and helpful, working with me to get an estimate. I went ahead paying 50% up front and left with the understanding they would email me when ready. Since our discussion included them telling me all work was done in house,I didn't ask about when it may be ready After a month I called and was told it's usually 6 weeks. Seems long but hey, the photo is 140 so...after 7 weeks I called and was told it was submitted and should be next week. After 2 months and $200 I picked up my photo. I did not shop other services for prices etc or length of time. This photo is important to me so I went with Photographique because of reviews. However,and I told them this up front,the first photo is a test run and I have 10 more. While I'm happy with the work,it seems expensive considering the photo was in good shape to begin with. Add in the 2 months time frame and I'm discouraged from taking in more restoration work. However,if you have a cherished photo,don't hesitate to... Go!

I went to The Color Lab a few days before Christmas due to a last minute need for an image…read morerestoration. I met with Robert (owner) He was very polite, honest and accommodating. To start, I had purchased a photo restoration from an online company and the image I got in return was a complete mess. I explained my dilemma to Robert and he let me know that he would see what he could do and if he felt he couldn't do a restoration for me he wouldn't charge me for the scan. Robert kept me updated on the restoration process from start to finish, he even sent me progress images which I thought was awesome. I live near Wylie and The Color Lab is located in the Fair Park area, Robert lives in Rockwall and offered to bring my final prints to his house or a designated meeting point for me to pick up. In the end I felt his prices were very reasonable and his customer service is fabulous, my entire experience was very personal. I would highly recommend!!

I talked to a worker and they said they moved from the HMart location because the rent was getting high, which is understandable given the location. Everything is on sale since their closing, pictures are only $6 now, so I recommend everyone go!
