They sell balloons and have helium. They do not provide helium to balloons purchased elsewhere. The store is pretty spacious and isles are wide enough to shop. Downside about this location is that once entering you can only exit the parking lot in one direction. So if you need to go back onto beltline, you will have to take the service road all the way up to parkerville to go back onto S I-35. Overall good store and good selection of items .
