Ownership must have changed because what happened this time was completely outrageous. I made an appointment for someone to come out, and was told they do not accept credit cards. The charge would be $95. I went and looked at the dryer more closely and determined the belt was probably broken. Also, the door needed to be reversed to make it easily accessible. The repairman came, told my client that it was the belt, but he didn't have any on the truck. He said he'd have to order it. He collected $95 cash, saying the next time, there would NOT be a $95 service fee, and left. Two days later, I get a call saying they have the part in and the total to fix the dryer would be an additional $195. $290 to replace a belt and reverse the door? They could buy a brand new dryer for $387!! I ordered a $9 belt from Amazon, installed it myself and reversed the dryer door. This lousy company could have asked a few upfront questions about the make/model number and what the problems were. It could have been fixed when the guy came out if he'd been prepared. Instead, they want to make money on 2 trips and over charge for a simple repair that took less than 20min, I do not recommend using them.

After 2 weeks I started calling him. He came up with a couple of excuses. A few days later he said he would be there on Friday morning 4/19. Never showed or called. I called him and he said he had to take a flight. I asked him to drop off the part and I would fix the dishwasher myself. He said he could not because he was already at the airport. He said he would return on Sunday. I asked him to call me on Mon. He never did. I called him again on Tuesday. He said he would he at the house to install the new part on Wed. morning, I called him at 11:00 am to see when he would get there. His brother took the call and said he would have his brother call me right away. Needless to say, he did call or show up. I called him more 3 times on Wed . He never returned my call and still has not, As far as I am concerned he took the $90 check cashed it and had no intention on keeping up his side of the deal. This is no way to conduct business. That does nothing for my electric bill. The third tech that came hang it up last straw he was useless, did nothing and now my dryer does not work at all. The second tech that you sent to my home to install all the parts did and when he went to turn on my machine it would not work, so he told my husband he had to take out all the new parts and put in the old parts to get it to run again. So common sense tells you how he left my machine with old parts and he kept the new ones. Before he came my dryer ran, I just had to dry the clothes for a long time which is not what a dryer is supposed to do not at 60 minutes each time. I called again your company, now after your third tech came to my home my dryer does not work at all, and you there is a burnt smell when it runs, your second tech did something that burnt it up because the third tech did nothing but stand there and look at it, but to be fair after the second tech it was failing now after your third tech it completely failed. They claimed to be able to diagnose the problem over the phone, ordered parts, claimed they were on backorder, and then ghosted us, not returning 5 messages left to try to find out what was happening. Our washer manufacturer told us A Plus did not order parts and closed our ticket for no reason and so they rescheduled us to another company. A Plus called us 8 weeks later to install the alleged part, and we declined. When I tried to explain why we declined, Jeff screamed at me, belittled me, talked over me, and told me he refused to listen to my explanation. Vile, nasty, full of rage and clearly didn't want to speak to a woman. He hung up the phone on me. As a customer, I am still not clear what happened here, but this man is completely unprofessional and frankly absolutely unhinged. Run.
