Ian was amazing, No pressure sales we drove in from Iowa (3hours) twice in one week. I would drive back everytime to give him my business.

My husband and I bought a 2011 CR-V from Prestige just yesterday. Brian was an excellent salesman, there was no haggling or runaround. We even ended up paying $2000 less than what we would have paid at a competitor. We'll definitely see them again when it's time for another car.

Audi Exchange St. Charles - Car for sale by

We went to Audi just starting our search for an electric vehicle. Our salesperson was welcoming and…read morewe began by test driving the Q6. While looking online, we noticed they also had a Q8 e-tron in stock and asked if we could test drive that one as well. He gladly got it set up for us and provided pricing on both options along with a quote for our trade-in. Even though we told him we were still just looking, there was absolutely zero pressure or aggressive sales tactics. Because it was such a comfortable, hassle-free environment, we actually walked out to our car, looked at each other, and decided to walk right back inside to buy the Q8 e-tron. We negotiated a fair deal and came out with the exact car I wanted. Since we weren't planning on buying that day, they were very accommodating and gave us 10 days to bring back the title and spare key for our trade-in. Our salesperson even provided us with contact information to get our home charger set up. Super nice staff, a seamless process, and I am really loving the new car!

Once they learned that, they said they could no longer offer that price because we didn't go through their financing. In a text from one of their salespeople, "We get a kickback from the bank when we secure financing. We pass that on to you in order to make a deal work." So, they wanted to do the deal over again and raise the price we had negotiated by another $700. The salesperson also told me that the vehicle had new tires worth $3000, and when I looked them up online, they were $1,800 at the most. Do not trust these guys!!

(10/10 Experience!)…read more I recently bought a car from Saint Charles Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Bobby! From the moment we pulled up, Bobby was already outside making sure the car was spotless and ready for us to see. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Bobby's years of experience and knowledge--especially when it came to Jeeps--really showed. Any question I had, he had an answer (or found it right away). When it came time to talk numbers, it was refreshingly easy compared to past dealership experiences. What stood out the most was that Bobby never felt like a "pushy salesman." Instead, it honestly felt like talking to a friend who wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He got all the paperwork done quickly and made the whole process stress-free. The dealership itself was clean, welcoming, and friendly, and together they helped me find my dream car--even if it was just a little over budget, it was worth it. If you're in the market for a new car, I would 100% recommend asking for Bobby. He's the kind of salesman that makes you want to send all your friends and family his way!

The service department is full of incompetent liars. These guys are running a scam over there, the "pictures" they showed me of my car before they worked on it where super low res, and the angles of the wheels where blatantly steep looking down at an angel so severe, you couldn't see anything and they where claiming the marks were there when I dropped it off. Whatever you do, don't buy there and for the love of God, don't let those goons touch your car. If I could post a negative number of stars they'd get a -10. Gaslighters.

They reached out to me for a free oil change when one was needed, so I took it in and was in and out. I just had my antenna fin get ripped off the top of my car. Everyone has been very helpful and active in reaching out to me to keep me up to date on what's going on.

BUYER BEWARE: I purchased a car here in May, 2026 for my daughter w/Josh. While at the dealership,…read moreI asked Josh several questions. One was : Seeing that you are selling the car "as is", what if I drive off of the lot and the car breaks down? He responded that they would take care of any problem that we have with the car as long as we let him know within a week or so. After he wrote up the paperwork, we went to Alex's office (finance mgr). I paid cash for a 2019 Jeep Renegade. Mike then suggested that I purchase a warranty for the car which I did. I put down $1819 on a $500 deductible plan with the remainder to be paid in 18 mos. Before leaving the dealership, me, my daughter and Josh looked the car over and noticed the tire sensor light would not go out. Josh said we could bring it back and they would fix it. When my daughter got the car home, she checked EVERY function to make sure it was working. Within a couple of days she noticed the driver seat heater was not working. She called Josh who told her that they would have to order the part. Once the part came in, my daughter went to the dealership to have the repairs done. When done, she called me and I asked her if they charged her for anything or gave her paperwork to sign and she said no. At this point I was quite satisfied thinking that Josh honored his word to repair any immediate problems found with the car. I decided to cancel the warranty appx 3 months later with Fidelity and get one with a lower deductible. The refund I received from Fidelity was only $663.18. I called Fidelity and asked why didn't I get closer to the $1819 that I put down on the warranty contract? To my surprise, I was told that the dealership submitted a claim on 5/26/26 in the amount of $1127.37 for a seat heater and a tire sensor. This claim was submitted against the warranty that I purchased WITHOUT the consent of myself or my daughter. I then asked to receive a copy of the service report to see who signed it. I was told that they did not have any paperwork because the dealership submitted the invoice for payment electronically which had already been paid. I called Josh who told me that he and Alex decided to have the repairs done using the car warranty and that the dealership paid the $500 deductible. I reminded him that when we purchased the car, he said "THEY" would cover any needed repairs found on the car within a week or so. He then said that there must have been some misunderstanding, insinuating that he didn't say this. I also asked him why would they make a decision to submit a claim using the warranty that I purchased without asking me or my daughter? His reply was they did this so we would not have to pay anything out of pocket. I told him that had I known this, I would have never cancelled the contract and now I am out of $1100+. He then said he'd have Mike (finance mgr) to give me a call to see what they could do and that Alex was no longer there. I spoke with Mike who said he would get back with me after he finds out what was going on. After a week or so, he never called me back so I called and left a couple of messages on his vm with the last one saying I was considering legal counsel. I then received a call from Greg 10/1/26. During our conversation, he apologized and said that he would cut me a check for the difference between what Fidelity reimbursed me for so I would receive what I should have actually been reimbursed for had they never submitted a claim WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE USING THE WARRANTY THAT I PURCHASED! He then asked me if I had a copy of the receipt showing what I put down on the warranty because he could not find it. I told him no so he said he would call me right back when he located it which he did at which time he said he still could not find it and that he would get in touch with his Fidelity rep the next day to find out and call me back. Well it's been a week and HONEST GREG never called me back although I have left messages via text, on his vm, emails and with his office. Never again will I purchase a vehicle from this dealership!!
