We have a 20 month old so it's also nice to know there aren't any harsh chemicals that he has to stay off as it's just super water.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY…read more Avoid this company if you expect quality work My tenant paid Zerorez Indianapolis to professionally clean my vacant rental property in Whitestown, IN on April 13, 2026, and then paid again for a second cleaning on April 20, 2026 after moving out with pets. I live out of state and trusted the company to do the job correctly. When I inspected the property on May 27, 2026, there was still a shocking amount of dog hair embedded in the carpet even after TWO cleanings. I shared photos and was basically told they would do nothing unless I paid again because the 30-day window expired. A professional carpet cleaning company should not leave behind visible pet hair after two appointments. Completely disappointing experience. I would never hire them again.

Lol We didn't sign up for continuing service, but we did opt for a one-time deep clean. With two little kids, I felt like I was treading water and our plans to start on some projects kept getting pushed out further. We had a crew of two wonderful ladies come to the house for four hours and WOW, did they clean! I personally feel So much more comfortable now living in this house and we are ready to blow through these projects!

****Updated review**** Wow, what a difference a year makes…read more Yelp readers, this is a lesson in giving second chances even when you have a negative experience. So last year was a complete disaster. I had someone come and give me a quote and had no less than 4 broken promises of someone to come and do the install. A year later, my husband asked if we were going to try again. The owner did reach out last year after my negative review and an email I send to him apologizing after-all. Reluctantly, I reached out again this year. I contacted the owner directly. He responded right away and welcomed the opportunity to provide service this year (Christmas lights). 10/10 experience! Someone reached out scheduling my date, someone texted to confirm my date, someone called the day before to confirm the layout, we even FaceTimed! Someone called the day of to confirm again, and the confirmed person arrived on time! He did an amazing job. When I asked for one thing he confirmed I really wanted it like that and once he questioned it I realized I didn't, it wouldn't have looked good so I appreciated him asking as opposed to just doing it like the layout said. He tweaked things once he looked at it from a distance and I mean the entire experience was just amazing. So much so we are going to have them quote us some permanent outdoor lights for our backyard. Hands down I would recommend them.

Even though I paid their overpriced invoice of over $650 right away as I thought they'll stand behind their work, I got nothing but run around from all their people who not only ignored my calls and even rescheduled me for the wash but never even showed up nor apologized for again wasting my time and eventually stopped returning my text, calls and emails!! they got their money and they're gone!!
