I was told that they weren't responsible for any damages made while removing my dash cover meaning if they broke my dash they will not replace it. I didn't agree but was forced to sign a waiver if not the airbag safety recall would not be addressed. It was chevys mistake for the recall to begin with so anything in the process of correcting the problem should put them accountable for. My dash had no cracks chips or any damages before leaving my truck there. After picking up the truck I was infuriated. my dash was cracked in several major parts and is the only thing you notice as soon as you get in. I could understand one crack but as many as it has now , it should have 100% been replaced. they really f***** me. It is practically pieced together. I'm hesitant to even wipe it down. because of their recall now the appearance and value of my vehicle went down. it's embarrassin. how is that fair for the customer.

We pulled into this Chevrolet dealership and Doug, a sales associate walked us back to the parts department to see if they could help us. They went out of there way on a busy end of the day to help us. Since they didn't have our tire in stock they switched our damaged tire with a spare at no cost. The service manager and mechanic were so helpful and made sure we were safe to proceed. They also provided connections we could check for my size tire. Thank you for your kindness!

She bought a Nissan Armada from them in October. Since then, she has had that vehicle for approximately two and a half weeks. They seem to have issues with getting parts to fix things that are under warranty and calling it a "favor". In the meantime, I have been driving her to work every day. That makes my drive to work twice as long. That's twice as much gas. Twice as many oil changes. Twice as much wear and tear on my car. My friend has a family to take care of. She can't lose her job. Though she is in possible danger of losing her second job. She's making payments on a vehicle she doesn't even have in her possession! I'm not complaining about helping her. She would do the same for me if needed. I'm complaining because I have to help her because the company and corporate won't help at all! They won't provide her a loaner. They won't do anything except ask for patience. She's been patient. I have been patient. Oh, they did defer a payment. So as a reward, she gets to pay extra interest. Yay. If you are a local and need a vehicle, steer clear of Deal Time Cars and Credit. They will rip you off time and again.

We had an idea of what we wanted and when my in-laws came up, we knew it was the right time to start looking. They are much better at negotiating and asking the right questions than we are! We tried to find a dealership through Costco, but it wasn't giving us one close by, so we went to Headquarter Honda. This is located in Clermont right across from Costco. It was weird that Costco did not send us there but I guess it was something with the offers. However, I am glad we went where we did. We met and worked with Kyle. He was a great salesmen, never judge-y when said possibly a certified preowned, he was not pushy, let us ask all our questions, and even took time to answer my in-laws questions as well. He made the car buying very pleasurable. Surprisingly we came across a certified pre owned, only 2 years old that we absolutely fell in love with. It was such a great price compared to a newer version and had more upgrades! We knew we needed that one before someone else scooped it up or they realized they were giving us a great deal! Kyle took time to show my wife, who will primarily drive it, every button, every extra thing in the car, how everything works. It was like reading the book but being given a demonstration. They even offered the Car Fax so we didn't have to pay for one. Their actual lot was pretty well sized with new cars and certified pre owned. Our certified pre owned came with a great warranty as well. We worked with Kyle for most the time but then had to work with the finance person for all the signing. I cant remember his name but he was also very nice and not pushy at all. He was even able to add some extra protection without changing our payments. I will say this was the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. At this location they also have a full service repair shop, where we will be bringing our car for oil changes and such. Their waiting room is pretty large, they have tons of places to sit, coffee and then snacks and drinks (in a vending machine). There is even an upgraded coffee (lattes and espressos) for a charge. I can not recommend this dealership enough. Car buying is painful, and for the most part, fearful. The pushy-ness of some salesmen can be extremely overwhelming especially for my wife but this was very easy and not bad at all. I would highly recommend using this dealership if you are looking for a new car. Ask for Kyle as well! ACES!

That dreaded car payment every month and even worse looking for a car! I was literally dreading this. We knew we were interested in a Honda or Toyota. We went to Headquarter Honda first, located in Clermont. When we got out, we first met Kyle. What a gem of a salesmen! He was absolutely amazing and made our experience so pleasant. We did take my mom and dad (they are better at this then we are) and even with all of us asking Kyle questions, he remained calm, answered each and every one, gave fantastic recommendations. We luckily found a car that we fell in love with so didn't even bother going to Toyota. He took the time to show us every little detail on the car, how to use all the buttons and such. He even followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was going well. We ended up buying a certified pre owned and we loved that they had the car fax ready to give us. Their lot was pretty well sized with new cars and certified pre owned. We got a fantastic warranty and I have to say every single person along the way was great. We really only interacted with Kyle our salesmen and then the finance person. I cant remember his name but he was also really great. Of course he offered additional coverage but worked with us to try and get what we wanted while not changing our monthly payments.     Never ever buy a vehicle from this dealership, they Are frauds…read more I recently bought form them what appeared to be a legitimate Ford F450 king ranch. The engine looked absolutely spotless and had no dirt on it, they pressure wash the heck out of this vehicle when I called to say I was coming in to test drive and wanted to check availability, they covered up known issues . Under the laws of merchantability they are required to know and positively represent a vehicle as it is placarded to bear the rights of said vehicle per the manufacture. Such as my F450 is and was told to me to be a true f450, not the case after being inspected by Ford. I bought my vehicle and on the first trip I broke down three days after purchase. The head gasket was cracked, the upper and lower oil pans were leaking heavily and so bad it was filling up with a candle wax smell and diesel oil burning smell that was nauseating inside the truck at stop lights if you didn't have cabin only air circulation on. I had my vehicle towed to Prestige Ford in mount dora where upon the initial inspection and 10147.89 work order , it was found this truck had 6 broken exhaust manifold bolts, cracked exhaust manifold, cracked oil cooler , burnt out taillight and reverse light and one side of the center brake light, blown upper and lower oil pan seals, bad filters for air, oil and fuel, bad oil with metal in it , a cracked coolant tank and broken hoses, bad shocks, a bent front left wheel, and both hub seals were shot on the front axles causing heavy vibration while driving. The hood latch that was the sensor for the remote start was broken, the windshield washer nozzles did not work and were missing hose, and the steering damper was and still is cracked and faulty. All this was a saddening and frustrating phone call to get from Matt at prestige and brian Davis and my advisor Tee. Prestige also notified me Upon inspection by the Ford technician this was and is not a true F450 and that the entire rear end is that off a 250/350 and the gear ratio of rear diff is not the correct gear ratio of a F450. The vin matches but the components of the rear are not such of a true f450. I made it clear when I bought this vehicle to them I needed it for commercial hauling. I truly thought I was buying a F450 fx4 king ranch. I thought I'd have a vehicle that can tow 17k lbs when now infact I can't haul more than 10250. Let alone I cannot register it for commercial purposes because i cannot use it to do what I needed for . I bought the truck December 28 2020, it sat in the shop for the entire month of February at prestige Ford waiting on parts and repairs and I just finally got my vehicle back from prestige on March 19 from Ford and it still sadly is not correct because the repairs this truck need beyond the 10147 I've already paid to Ford and the 29k I paid for the truck have depleted my savings . I urge you to steer clear of this fraudulent Delarrship that will cover up or clean a vehicle to hide the problems it has, my vehicle broke down 3 days after purchase driving at 67 mph on the interstate. When I came in to discuss the findings with the paperwork form Ford I was threatened and beyond rudely talked to by the owner who told me too bad all sales final you're not our problem. I am a disabled veteran who served our country, honorably discharged and was injured while serving our great nation, I was taken advantage of by this Delarrship and urge you to stay far away from river buying form them . Such as when I made my comment on a previous post they deleted to post to hide my comments warning others based off my experience. Currently it's now been 7 months since I bought the truck and it's still inoperable because more and more problems keep arrivingz I bought the truck form these scam artists for 29,000 the weeks later had to invest $9147.67 at prestige Ford and it still is not running right . On 6/21 I dropped my truck off after having it towed form my house to Gary yeoman Ford in Daytona for which will be yet another bill to entirely replace with a new rear end upwards of 6,000. The pinion bearings gears shims and ring, wheel bearings and tie rods are completely blown I've only put 2000 miles on this vehicle since buying it from TD trucks I urge you to bring a mechanic with you or just entirely steer clear of this business they do not care to make anything right , they sold me a unsafe unfit for service vehicle that has continual problems. These people are frauds.
