I have been bringing my Mercedes to ManyECars for years. David and his wife are fantastic at customer service. I recommend this company!

The communication, the perseverance with the unreliable warranty company, the work done and the pleasantness of crew exceeded any other auto repair company we have dealt with! In addition, Their rates seemed fair. We have found our go-to repair facility!

I have been a loyal customer and have trusted Christian Brothers with all three of my vehicles,…read morewhich makes this experience especially disappointing. My wife brought our 2023 BMW X7 in to replace a tire that had a nail in it. She was told that all four tires needed to be replaced simply because the vehicle is all-wheel drive and has run-flat tires. That statement is inaccurate. While AWD vehicles do require tire diameters to remain within BMW's specified tread-depth tolerance, replacing all four tires is not automatically required solely because the vehicle is AWD or equipped with run-flat tires. The condition and remaining tread depth of the other tires should have been measured before making such a recommendation. Because the recommendation didn't seem right, I sought a second opinion from another shop. They inspected the vehicle, determined that replacing the damaged tire alone was appropriate, and completed the repair without any issues. That confirmed my concern that your recommendation was unnecessary. Whether this recommendation was the result of a lack of knowledge or an attempt to sell unnecessary work, it completely undermined my confidence in your service department. My wife left feeling like she was being pressured into authorizing thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. Because of this experience, I will no longer be bringing any of my vehicles to Christian Brothers, nor will I recommend your shop to friends or family. Trust is the most important part of any service relationship, and unfortunately, that trust has been lost.
