Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely inefficient. They called four separate times to request the same information I had already provided. I spoke with Tommy, Robert, Stephanie (who seemed completely lost), and finally Mark, who at least communicated well. At pickup, no one met with us to explain anything about the $8,000 service, the warranty, or the work performed. They didn't even bother to bring the truck to us -- someone simply pointed us toward the cashier, and we then had to wander around their huge parking lot to find our vehicle ourselves. Absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, after I completed the survey and gave 3 stars, no one even bothered to call. Robert A. only responded through a message. The person who answered the phone said the car I was looking for was way in the back. I asked did they have a row location etc and was told no. I didn't expect it to be set up like a grocery store but give me a break. They should know where the cars are placed or do they just drop them from the sky. In the back can mean anything. We decided not to go there because they appear to have lack of organization. Its a 100 degrees outside and if Unlimited Auto can't tell me where the cars are placed or even close to the where the specific cars are placed, it's not worth my time. Go to LKQ used auto parts on east Colonial Dr near highway 417. There lot is very detailed and organized. The people who answer the phones are specific and polite. When people treat you disrespectfully go somewhere else or order the parts on EBay and you can save save save and still feel you have your dignity...just saying
