Definitely enjoying the food here. It's like a panera, but the quality is much, much better. I've had the caprese salad, the strawberry fields salad and a breakfast sandwich. I highly recommend their lavendar lemonade and whatever seasonal drinks they have. I am LOVING the peach lemonade. Strawberry Fields was delicious and had lots of fruits in there you normally wouldn't see, including figs. read more

When my wife and I found it online, the Pressed Cafe in Bedford, NH seemed like a natural option for dining out on a cold January Friday night, given their extensive menu, which included a separate vegan section featuring specially prepared smoothies, soups, salads, paninis, and protein bowls. The interior boasted a spacious seating area with standard tables, booths and high tops, bordered by a cordoned-off bar area, a dedicated coffee service section, and the main kitchen section with the ordering counter in front. The gentleman at the register was very helpful in recommending dishes, and I ended up ordering the Green Monster smoothie and the Vegan Red Dragon Bowl. Our food was served quickly and with a smile. My smoothie was tasty and just sweet enough, with no added ingredients outside of the almond milk, banana, almond butter, kale, and forti flax. My protein bowl was equally flavorful, with fresh veggies and just a trace amount of oil--grilled tofu, red quinoa, carrots, kale, portobello mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, summer squash, onions, grilled pineapple, red peppers, green peppers, chives, crushed peanuts, and a side of house-made hot sauce. Aside from being a bit salty, it featured an innovative blend of ingredients that transcended the taste of each individual item, creating a savory amalgam of tangy flavor. The vibe is fun and upbeat and the employees always look like they're happy to be at work. I love the variety of foods- everything from comfort foods like Mac n cheese to light foods like a Mediterranean Kale Salad. Its entertaining to see the Manager Alex in action- he takes the time to chat with his customers and is so attentive to his staff and folks dining in. You can tell this is a work of heart for him! I loooove Pressed Cafe, and this location is by far my favorite! It's spacious inside, so it doesn't feel overwhelming even when it's packed. Because it's a little removed from the road, it's nice to sit outside there when when the weather is warm. Moreover, everyone who works there is so kind and goes out of their way to take care of you and make you feel welcome. I used the drive thru and quickly realized I should have peaked at the online menu before arriving (there's a lot to absorb at the drive thru speaker). Ended up with a vanilla latte that was slightly sweeter than I like (well order half the vanilla next time), a sausage&egg on a croissant and a detox juice (beet, apple, cucumber, celery, lemon, ginger). Everything was really good. I noticed labne and shakshuka on the menu and we'll definitely be trying that next! The inside looked cozy but I didn't eat in. Very fast and friendly service. I have to go middle of the road with this review. The pros: the place is very cute and has many vegan options. The rest of my party is not vegan and they enjoyed their food. I have been strictly vegan for years. I ordered a vegan bowl and after taking a bite realized it had salmon on it. I brought it back to the counter and they asked if I had ordered the "vegan salmon bowl" Uhh, no such thing. I get that mistakes happen but they were so blasé about it, just said they would make me another. This is egregious for someone who for both health and ethical reasons does not ever ingest animal products. I had to suggest to them that they should refund me which they did and also gave me a small gift card. When they did bring me the correct order, it was not good. So I had a bad experience but others enjoyed it. I just was not at all impressed with the food or how they handled the error. read more
