They were very upfront and passionate about what they do. They demonstrated plenty of knowledge in their work. We felt confident to go with them and they handled everything with insurance as well! They did give us a timeline of a month and unfortunately it was not completed within a month. However, Vinny and Sam were not to blame. This couple truly values their customer and will do their best. They were both very responsive and transparent on the work in hand. We also did follow up plenty proactively to receive updates. The delay came from technical issues with our special car headlights and dealership final check. It was not a small project so we understand the lengthy timeline. We were most worried about our car rental deadline. At the end result, I was very picky on cosmetics and checking everything was back to normal. Vinny had no issue taking our car back to achieve what I wanted done properly when it came to cosmetic paint I still saw on car or my blackout not sticking properly. He made sure I was satisfied getting back my car in prime condition. Thank you Vinny & Sam for everything! We definitely will recommend you going forward and come back as needed for other car projects!

It was super yellow, overspray everywhere, and paint was textured like sand paper. When we pointed out how discolored the paint match was and how it wasn't smooth at all, he did offer to redo. But after the absolute mess he made, we could not trust him to touch my car again. I took my car to an actual body shop and thankfully they fixed it. After $1,000 to pay to get it fixed + additional detailing cost to clean off the overspray, I am so disappointed I ever trusted my vehicle with Steven. Steven has stopped responding to me after we told him we would go somewhere else to get it fixed, and has not offered to pay my back any of the $400 I already paid him. UPDATE: Yes, Steven did say he doesn't mix the paint, but it wasn't just the paint that was the issue. The paint was not applied smooth (it was textured) and there was overspray EVERYWHERE. And the overspray was the real issue as it seeped onto so much of the plastic. Yes he did fix the dent but the rest of my car doesn't look great ... I'm just so disappointed and kicking myself for not going to a real shop to begin with.

I can honestly say that I have not been treated this well by a company before. Their customer service is beyond compare. They truly care about you as a customer and make you feel extremely valued. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in everything they did. I didn't have to worry about a thing or deal with any red tape. Additionally, they followed through with everything they said they'd do. They came to my residence, dropped off a loaner car, picked up my hail-damaged car, and when I got my car back (which they drove back to me) not only was my car 100% repaired, they had detailed it, too, inside and out. It looked brand new! They were extremely friendly and quick to communicate throughout the process. I highly recommend them, both for their service and for their quality work.

The owner, Luke, made empty promises about repairing everything according to the insurance estimate, but nothing went as promised. When they returned my car, it was filthy, covered in dust both inside and out. After I washed it, I was horrified to find white dots on the hood, new scratches all over the sides, and an aftermarket tail light that doesn't even fit properly--it has a gap so big I can stick my finger in it! To top it off, they didn't return my car key with the vehicle, leaving me stranded without it for over a week. When Luke finally showed up to "fix" the new scratches, he did nothing but make things worse by attempting to buff them out in my driveway, leaving ugly marks all over the surface. The guy clearly doesn't know what he's doing! I've been trying to get Luke to fix the damage they caused, but he keeps stalling and making excuses. It's clear he has no intention of making things right. I've had to take this issue to court just to get some resolution. Do yourself a favor--stay far away from this place. They've caused more damage than they fixed, and now I'm left dealing with the aftermath. It's been an absolute nightmare, and they've wasted my time, my money, and caused me nothing but stress. [Update] The owner called me and tell me he's putting a lien on my car! This is completely ridiculous, considering the car has even more damages now than before. He's claiming he saved me $900, but how can he say that when the car is in worse shape? To make it worse, he advertises that he can waive the deductible and save customers more, but that turned out to be completely false. Instead of saving you money, he'll put a lien on your car!
