I got a small door ding in my Tesla Model S. A Tesla certified body shop quoted more than $1400 to fix the dent. They wanted to remove both my passenger door panels (since the ding was on the back door, but close to the front panel. They stated that they needed to do this to blend the paint from the back to the front panel. This is a ridiculous price to fix a tiny ding! This body shop also would need to hang onto my car for 5 days, meaning I would be out of pocket for a rental car. Dan fixed the same ding for $125, and he didn't need to add any paint to the door. What I thought was a paint chip was just transfer from the offending car that dinged my door. The door panel looks as good as new! He was done within 25 minutes!

They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors.
