Choosing Prenatal Fit was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy! The classes helped me stay active, maintain my blood glucose levels, and feel physically strong throughout pregnancy. I truly believe the workouts also helped prepare my body for labor. They offer such a great variety of pregnancy-friendly classes, including ballet barre, Pilates, yoga, and more. The instructors create a supportive and safe environment while still giving you a great workout. I highly recommend Prenatal Fit to any expecting mom looking to stay healthy, confident, and active during pregnancy! read more

I love love love the prenatal fit classes! As someone use to intense workouts but needed to dial it down later in my pregnancy, this was the perfect solution. They've helped me keep active, reduce pain all while providing a supportive environment. I started going around 33 weeks and I wish I started earlier! read more

I just started going to Prenatal Fit and I'm definitely going to go through the rest of my pregnancy and thereafter. I like how the classes are intimate, max 10 people in the studio and that there are a variety of classes to choose from - yoga, cardio/weights, barre, etc. Adina is fun and motivating, and she clearly cares about the community she's able to build with her gym. She also gives you one hell of a workout (although always pregnancy safe). I highly recommend Prenatal Fit to all women during and after pregnancy. read more

I came to the studio when I was 3 month pregnant and kept coming back 4 times a week for the remaining months until delivery and then for a few more months after. Dear PrenatalFit owner and instructors, thank you so much for the last 15 months. You have made a significant impact on my pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. You all put a lot of energy, positiveness, and warmth into PrenatalFit and it comes through and makes this place very special. I also had two massages with Adina, the owner at PrenatalFit which helped enormously with the acute hip pain I was having during the pregnancy. I highly recommend PrenatalFit to anyone pregnant. read more

Prenatal Fit has been so helpful for me during the first few months of the postpartum period. I had done a few classes during pregnancy, but started going more regularly after delivery. The moms support group led by Natalie was exactly what I needed; I gained a network of other new moms that I could share my experience with and get advice. I also love the mommy and me classes at the studio. Gets us out of the house, and the baby carrier classes are a great workout! Overall I'm just super grateful for this community that Adina has created! read more

This place is a gem for pregnant women. I have always been very fit, but pregnancy really kicked my ass (especially by the third trimester). It was so helpful to have a gym like this to go to! The classes made me feel powerful and strong! The classes usually also include some advice and workouts tailored towards delivery too, which helped me when I delivered. The owner, Adina, is super friendly and hands-on. The instructors are also wonderful- I took a lot of classes with Alisa and Linnea. Finally, there's a great deal for prenatal massage for members. I loooved it, especially because I gained 50 lbs by the end of my pregnancy, and my joints were tired! read more

I have been coming to this studio for 4 times now and they are always wonderful, Adina is so caring and always check on her clients comfort. It's my first time doing Yoga but I felt very comfortable already as the instructors make sure you are safe. Also the cleanliness standards of the studio are exceptional, creating a hygienic environment. All the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. The overall atmosphere is motivating, making it a fantastic place for fitness enthusiasts. Highly recommend! read more

I was able to do prenatal yoga for 2-3 times per week throughout my pregnancy with prenatal fit. Due to my work schedule, I did almost all of my classes taped and on zoom. I hope this feature continues post-pandemic- for working ladies it is so convenient!! Prenatal yoga helped me significantly both during labor and delivery as well as in recovery afterwards. I was very fortunate to have a speedy induction and laboring process, but ended up having to push for over 2 hours because of my babies size and first pregnancy. Because of my level of fitness with prenatal yoga classes, I was able to get through this 2 hours and still have a vaginal delivery, and also think I could have had to push for much longer... It also helped significantly in my recovery. Within a week of delivery I was back to walking ten thousand steps per day and felt like I was better able to deal with taking care of my baby. I will always be very appreciative of these classes! read more

Adina is the best! She so friendly and personable. I took her prenatal classes while pregnant with my son and he literally came out in 13 minutes. She was so motivating and caring during my journey, in which every mom to be needs! read more

I have been coming here for the last few months. I was looking for a prenatal and post natal workout out class and I am so glad I ran into this place, Prenatal fit is amazing. I got to meet a lot of moms to be going through similar stuff and it is great place to just come and unwind for few times a week. The owner, Adina is very personable and very nice. I have taken both prenatal yoga and cardio weights class. I absolutely felt so relaxed when I walked out. It's also a great place if you are looking for a support group, read more

My only regret was not looking into or finding Prenatal Fit earlier in my pregnancy. I discovered it through a class I took through Chicago Family Doulas. (Also highly recommend the class, Comfort Measures in Labor.) The space is clearly very mom and baby friendly, and I came back for a prenatal massage with Adina. Ladies, she is a genius, and it's literal therapy. Each time I went, I left incredibly relaxed and feeling amazing. She gets into the areas that you ask her to, in my case my hips, and knows exactly how to release all the tension and stress that a pregnant lady is feeling. It's unlike any other prenatal massage I received at other places. Prices are incredibly reasonable, too. Highly recommend. read more

I highly recommend this place for your prenatal classes. I am taking mostly yoga classes here since my first trimester and really enjoying the teaches and community. They also have great prenatal massages (specifically with Adina)! I also took preparing for labor class there and it was very helpful. It's great to find a place where you can have safe exercises and connect with other pregnant women. read more

Adina is a amazing instructor and I highly recommend Prenatal Fit for prenatal and post natal workout. Adina genuinely cares about her clients and puts in the extra effort to make sure the ladies are feeling good while doing the workout. She was my biggest inspiration during pregnancy. I remember there were days when I would feel lazy to get to class but Adina would message without fail to make sure I am attending and doing my workouts regularly. During labor she was present the whole time, guiding me on exercises that would ease the pain and help in natural delivery. I cannot thank her enough for all the love and care she gave me during my pregnancy and post natal days. Truly grateful to have found an instructor who is motivating, caring and always there for her clients. read more

I just finished my free first class (virtual, due to the weather)--and, in short, it was amazing. I feel so grateful to have found this place. I wish I lived closer, but very much appreciate the flexibility of virtual sessions (not to mention the variety and availability of classes--incredible!). This is our first baby and I really want to return to healthy movement in an effort to help my future self during L&D. It feels incredible to return to yoga and access the power my body possesses during this journey. I definitely plan on signing up and continuing my practice throughout the remainder of my pregnancy. Thank you PrenatalFit! read more

Prenatal fitness was the best decision I had during the entire pregnancy. The classes were so helpful not only physically, but especially mentally. I made so many friends there! Sharing all the experiences that we went through with the other girls, makes us feel like we are not alone! Plus we did so many good exercises to use during labor. They have a lot of experience and knowledge to make you feel prepared. Adina knows every single name of the girls, she makes the classes so fun as she creates a very inclusive environment. I had classes with Katie and other instructors as well and they were all amazing. The classes really made me feel confident and empowered and I will keep this feeling of gratitude forever. Thank you for being so caring. Keep working beautifully on your great mission. read more

Best thing that happened to me during my pregnancy ! Love love this studio and I've enjoyed every single class. The space is so clean and warm and follows very strict COVID protocols( Masking/distancing). The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The tips/tricks i learnt in the classes helped with a very smooth Labour & Delivery process. Also, I've made some great friends with other new moms and I can't recommend this place enough! Pro tip: Sign up for the prenatal massage with Adina as well! read more

I LOVE prenatal fit and Adina is a great motivater for working out during and after pregnancy. I have done the support group through Prenatal Fit for new moms with both of my babies. Lisa is incredibly supportive, and I have made connections with other moms that are going through similar struggles. I really recommend the new moms group if you are having a hard time during the 4th trimester, or just looking for a mom friend to hang out with! And mommy & baby yoga, yoga sculpt, and stroller boot camp are my favorite classes with Adina! read more

I recommend Prenatal Fit to anyone and everyone who is on their pregnancy or post partum journey. This gym is very special! I loved the prenatal classes, prenatal massage, breastfeeding course and post partum classes. Prenatal Fit has been helping me recover post partum for the last year. This gym really does it all for expecting and new mothers. They also offer both in person and remote options which is great for a new mom to get work outs in during nap time. Join, you won't regret it! read more

This gym has everything I was looking for and is the perfect fit for every mom and mom-to-be. A great variety of classes provide a safe and healthy workout, while also educating the expecting mom how to use what is learned in class during labor. I had a smooth and positive birth experience and my only wish is that I found this studio sooner. My experience was a highlight of my maternity leave. The same prenatal classes taken postpartum helped me reach my postpartum goals, especially strengthening the pelvic floor. I also really enjoy the mommy and me fitness classes! It's so nice this studio comes full circle- when you can bring your baby you worked so hard for to class and bond! The instructors are amazing and personable. Adina is motivating and makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. It's nice to meet other moms and babies in class and there's a strong community. If I cannot make it into the studio, they offer virtual classes, which are very convenient with the same level of attention! And they offer other workshops and events to prepare you before, during, and after baby. read more

Last winter, I was pregnant with my second child. I was taking care of a toddler, feeling blue bc of the weather and just feeling down. My husband suggested I find "something to do" I live near Prenatal Fit and decided to give it a try. My first trial class was free and I thought there was nothing to lose. Little did I know that I was going to gain so much! I attended cardio & weights w/Adina. It was such a rush and I had a blast! As soon as I got home, my husband said, I was beaming & I whole new pregnant woman! I highly recommend Adina and her gym. The classes are fun, upbeat & help w/winter & or pregnancy tiredness. The girls that attend become your friends, your confidants, your colleagues & inspiration. Once you're there working out you feel like a kickass momma warrior!! Thanks to Prenatal Fit I had a great, healthy & awesome pregnancy and labor & delivery were good due to all the exercising leading to it. I continued with post-natal classes too & even brought my 2.5 year to a class and my baby boy as well. Join Prenatal Fit! It'll be one of your best decision read more

Hema & Adina are my favorite instructors. They are just so good at what they do, and you won't see that same type of focus and passion at every gym toward their classes. I'm sure other instructors are awesome too, but my schedule is tight and they're there most often when I am. And it's not only workout classes, they do instructive mommy preparedness classes every so often too, just awesome. And the atmosphere is very interesting- I feel like this place is fit for the introverted and extroverted personalities. It's really just a welcoming experience overall; making your transitions feel a little more smooth, I feel. I get excited to come to my workouts, and drive very far to make it happen, but it's totally worth it. The monthly passes are definitely where it's at, freedom to try as many classes as you can! Ps- prenatal massages avail too! Ps- make babies! read more

I have been a member of Prenatal Fit for over 3 years now and I absolutely love this place! Prenatal fit is more than a gym, it is a community of amazing and strong women! I look forward to each and every class and it is usually the highlight of my day. I give full credit to their work-out routines for making my pregnancies go smooth, making me feel energetic each day, and helping me get back in shape post pregnancy. Even in these tough times of social distancing due to Covid-19, they have figured out a way to keep the community active through virtual workout sessions. The sessions have been amazing and the virtual option is so good that I hope they offer it as a permanent option in the future! Huge thanks to Adina and all other instructors who continue to do such amazing work and spread positivity. I highly recommend checking them out and becoming part of this community! read more

I joined Prenatal Fit during my second pregnancy to help with my health both mentally and physically, especially during the pandemic. I was able to exercise two to three times every week until the day before I labored thanks to the live Zoom classes and recordings. Adina is awesome. She works hard to build a sense of community and she cares for her members. There are different types of classes--yoga, pilates, barre, yoga sculpt, zumba, etc. The fitness studio offers a lot of resources for moms---workshops, support groups, boot camps, etc. I wish I had time for all of them :) read more

I found Prenatalfit on google and decided to call them to inquire about the classes. I spoke with the owner (Adina) for a few minutes. She explained the entire program in such great detail that I immediately decided to try out the free zoom class. During the free class, I realized that this gym is above and beyond any gym I have ever tried in terms of connecting with the members, offering advice during stressful times in pregnancy and providing endless support any time needed. I feel so much better mentally and physically since I joined prenatalfit! I feel committed to my health since that is their top priority! Amazing place with lots of flexibility to meet every individual's schedule needs. Highly recommend!! read more

Tired out my 1st prenatal yoga class with a fellow pregnant friend. Adina is an engaging instructor and walked us through the poses with modifications. I really enjoyed how she shared other pregnant stories and tips for labor through the transitions. The class felt like a community since everyone got to introduce themselves who all were also pregnant read more

I could not be happier that Prenatal Fit opened in our neighborhood! What a fabulous concept. I am currently 23 weeks pregnant, and instead of trying to find places that offered a prenatal class once or twice a week, this place has it all! Not only yoga; but strength, pilates, Zumba, barre, etc. It is nice to know that I don't have to modify my workout in order for it to be safe during my pregnancy. It will also be a great post-pregnancy place to help get me back into shape! You can take mommy and me workout classes, sign up for all sorts of workshops with your toddler, take a breast feeding class, etc. The owner Adina is so nice and has a great background in fitness. She is doing a great job creating a nice community atmosphere for women to connect before and after pregnancy. Even if you're not a Mom or a Mama-to-Be...come to the barre or strength classes...I would have thought they were great workouts before I started having kids! read more

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and have been looking for an affordable studio that offered a variety of prenatal exercise classes. Most places I looked at only offered one or two classes a week - and often during the day when I'm at work, so I was excited to find Prenatal Fit! They have a range of classes (pilates, yoga, strength training) designed for pre-post-pregnancy, the studio itself is top notch, and Adina, the owner is kind, enthusiastic and supportive. Street parking isn't a problem. read more

Prenatal Fit is exactly what Chicago needs. I recently gave birth to my son and I struggled to find a fitness studio that had more than just a few options for pre and postnatal fitness. I am so happy I can go to postnatal classes in such a comforting environment. They have classes that really suit your needs, and there's a consistency in the schedule. When Adina teaches, she always will try to accommodate you if you have any restrictions. Adina is the owner and she's really passionate about what she does, and she has several years of experience working with pre and postnatal women. Really this is the best option in the city. I have tried many others. Soulistic had a few classes, they are now closed. Bloom is nice but it's so far up north. Thank you Adina for opening a space that Chicago needs and building a community of support for moms like me. read more

I loved going to this gym during my pregnancy ! Its a super cute studio with 2 rooms and a childcare room .While there I took yoga, ballet barre ,cardio weights interval .It felt great to get a burn while pregnant and knowing that I was still staying fit even in pregnancy . The instructors are all friendly and knowledgeable (including Adina the owner ) and the classes are fun. I remember before my first class I thought they would go super easy on me and maybe I wouldn't like it or feel a burn but boy was I wrong !I was working up a sweat and trying to keep up .It was great ! I left at almost 7 months and planned on going to another prenatal gym a block away from my job because it was easier for me to get to but my Sunny side up baby decided she was just going to lay her head against my back and make working out impossible for me .=) Though I was only here a few weeks ,I believe working out ,walking alot and staying healthy helped me have a speedy 4 and a half hour labor (1 hour of pushing ) and no tearing ! I highly suggest this gym to expecting or new moms .I planned on joining again and participate in the mommy and me workout classes but unfortunately they are all during the day and some of us mamas have to work . I'd definitely join again if weeknight /weekend mommy and me classes became available in the near future . As of now my only option is waiting till my babe is 6 months old and getting her into a regular gym with childcare ,which Id rather not do but have no other option =( read more

I highly recommend Prenatal Fit! Belonging to the gym and participating in classes has improved my mood and kept me in shape. I credit their yoga classes to alleviating stress, reducing back pain, and maintaining balance and flexibility during my pregnancy. During my first trimester I felt very nauseous and did not exercise. I felt better during my second trimester and wanted to start working out, ensuring any classes I took were pregnancy safe. I heard great reviews of Prenatal Fit and decided to join as their classes are specifically designed for prenatal and postnatal women. I immediately felt comfortable thanks to the gym's friendly owner, Adina, and being surrounded by other moms-to-be. Adina takes pride in her gym and genuinely cares about the instructors and gym members. The instructors are all phenomenal. In addition to a variety of exercise classes, Prenatal Fit also offers mommy and me classes as well as educational classes. I have not booked any massages at Prenatal Fit, but have heard from other members who have been pleased with their experiences. read more
