In July I hired Premo Electric to install a Tesla wall charger in my home. I recently bought a Toyota Plug-in Hybrid. I once again reached out to Premo Electric to inquire about installing another charger or at least an additional outlet on the front of my home. We needed to get a wall charger installed. The first company stated we needed to add a sub-panel as our panel was sort of full. The price for that was crazy, and didn't even cover the cost of the charger installation. Called a few people, left messages, sent emails, etc. I got a response from about 25%, with one company saying (via a person who called me) it would be about 1-2 days before a rep would reach out to discuss it further (I mean, it's a wall charger!). Premo (George) called me back right away, sent an email questionnaire (just a few questions), which I completed that evening. He called back the following morning and we got the job scheduled the next day for 1/3 or what I had been quoted before. No sub-panel required - just a few breakers to rearrange. Niall came out and did the installation of the charger - showed up on time (texted beforehand he was on the way), in and out in 1.5 hours at the agreed upon price. Super clean and professional.
