If I can rate this company 0 star, I would! The owner Raul is very rude! He really sounds like all he care about is money! He forgets about his oath as a plumber. Talking to him over the phone gives off the vibe of very authoritative and saying it's my way or the highway...he forgets that clients have choices and he's not the only plumber on the planet! Not to mention he charges very high, as another reviewer in here has written. Unfortunately, my home warranty sent my claim to his company. His company's response time is so slow. My claim was sent on Wednesday, the 3rd of December, and his company's response wouldn't come till Monday, December the 8th! Not only that! The appointment window was between 0700-1100am, and guess what? It was already 11:30am. & no one informed me of what's going on as nobody called or texted why nobody showed up! I even missed work that day just to meet the plumber. Not until I called the home warranty that somebody called me that a plumber was coming! It's already way past the appointment window that his technician arrived. It would have been okay but where's the courtesy of calling or texting? It was already showing from the get go what kind of company Raul has which is reflective of the kind of person he is! Now, speaking about charges...his plumber told me that the faucet allowance is $70, and I can text him if I want a particular faucet so he can text Raul to get it. Found a faucet that's $69.99 on Amazon but on sale for $56! Guess what? When he called me, I was charged $321. I was told by the Home Warranty company that my claim is covered! He said that he doesn't discuss his charges with me and I have to call the home warranty company for explanation. Where's the good faith service? He wanted to give me, the poor customer, the run around. As soon as I got back to him after calling the home warranty, all he uttered is you have to pay my technician $321 right after arrival to your home before starting the job, as I was opening my mouth about the faucet to discuss, he immediately hung up on me. Very rude! I did not refuse to pay. And I found out from his secretary who called me back that the $321 charge was including the portion he's charging me for the faucet which is fully covered by the home warranty. Talking about honesty and being transparent! The home warranty did not even get a breakdown of the charges. Good thing, my home warranty reassigned the job to a more reputable and reliable plumbing company. I'm writing this to WARN you future customers. What a horrible experience it was...don't want other customers to go through what I've experienced! And I want to highlight that I've written reviews and they were all 5 stars. EBMUD found an external leak from the main water valve. I called and was able to set up an appointment next day. Raul and his assistant were able to come 2 hours early. We looked over the area that needed to be dug up and he got to work. They found the source of the leak, a failed joint seal and they remove a dead end pipe as well. It was replaced and resealed. We confirmed all the interior house faucets worked. Overall the service was pretty good. My rating is based on the sticker shock invoice. It was double other estimates and quite high for three hours of labor and minimal parts. Good service but I suggest getting an estimate prior to service. read more

Raul & his crew were recommended to us by another reputable plumbing company in the East Bay. The other company couldn't fit us into their schedule, so thankfully Raul was able to come by first the the next day to help us replace our broken tankless water heater. Our water heater was installed in 2012 in the attic and had been giving us problems, finally one evening, it just stopped working - and that's when we started looking for someone to replace it. We're very thankful that Raul came over, did an inspection, and confirmed that we needed to replace it. He also gave us options of moving it to the garage from the attic, and switching from tankless to tank. Ultimately, we decided on a direct swap, and he purchased the Navien brand for us (higher quality than our old one which was Noritz). He and his crew (Rafael) came and replaced our tankless heater in the attic - they did a great job re-piping and installing it correctly. Within 5 hours, we had hot water again! They also had my husband go up and inspect the work, which was very clean and professional. The are also both vaxed/boosted and kindly disclosed this to us which made us feel more at ease. Their prices are extremely competitive and a little lower than 2 other companies that quoted us over the phone. I'm not much into giving reviews but, I was working on remodeling my house from the ground up and I had called a ton of plumbers for quotes and help. Long story short after about almost all of them flaked or just never came to give me a quote, Raul over at premium plumbing came to save the day! This gentleman Went above and beyond my expectations, helped me redo my entire house! bathroom, a bathroom addition, water heater, shower, toilet, refrigerator water line, and he also redid all of my pipe work and sewage lines. He was very helpful and I didn't even need to give him blueprints! We went over ideas I had in my head and he was very knowledgeable and helpful! I never knew how stressful remodeling a house could be but I'm just glad the plumbing portion went really smooth with this project. I wish I could say the same for different contractors I have used during my remodel, but hopefully this review helps others in the future.
