I urge you to carefully consider this before contracting with any hospice provider. Unfortunately, our experience with Faith & Hope made an already painful situation even harder. In April 2025, my mom suffered a massive stroke. She was placed under Continuous Care (CC), which meant she required critical, around-the-clock nursing support. We were told her case would be re-evaluated after three days. However, the care was stopped in less than 24 hours and we were given only 4 hours' notice that services would be discontinued. At that point, it was clear our needs no longer aligned with Faith & Hope's philosophy of care. We scrambled to hire private help on extremely short notice. That night, my mom was in significant pain & experienced agitation. She needed her medication adjusted and an increase of the dosage frequency to help manage her symptoms. The next day, we made final attempts to Faith & Hope to reassess mom's eligibility for CC, even though the on-call night nurse, when we asked, did acknowledge that we were free to seek another hospice provider. We waited all day for a response from Faith & Hope, but heard nothing. Faced with another evening without adequate care, we transferred my mom to a different hospice. They gave us the right care without hesitation. Sadly, our mom passed away only 4 days later. The only positive experience we had with Faith & Hope was with Nurse Theresa. She cared for my mom with compassion, dedication and a true commitment to patient advocacy. Theresa's thoughtfulness and support helped guide my brothers and me through an incredibly challenging time, and for that we are deeply grateful.

The staff is extremely unprofessional as they are constantly laughing and many "nurses", when not helping patients, are at small school type desks apparently studying. Shouldn't the staff be licensed to help patients? The care from the nurses is awful as they pay no attention to patients and only notice issues with patients when family members point them out to staff. Your loved one may be placed here by their insurance company without any say, as my family member did, so defend your family member and do not allow them to be placed here or if they are then get them moved IMMEDIATELY!!! They treated him like he was their own family -- always gentle, patient, and respectful. They explained everything to us with compassion and honesty, making sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. It never felt rushed or routine; it felt deeply personal. Even during the hardest moments, their calm presence and kindness made such a difference. The aides and caregivers were just as amazing. They made sure my dad was clean, comfortable, and pain-free.
