There was only one option in the store for the color I was looking for, but it was from a reputable company and had a 50-year warranty! Wow! I was impressed! We made an appointment with John (the owner) who came out within a couple of days and was on time. John was very professional and easy to work with. He provided an offer immediately and we told him we wanted to move forward. We provided the deposit and John ordered the LVP. We were leaving on vacation for a week and by the time we got back, it was another week before installation. It was perfect timing as we needed to remove furniture so they could work. We left the larger furniture in each room and the installers move them around as they installed the floor. On installation day, the crew showed up on time and ready to work! They were professional and hard working! They were also courteous and respectful. They did the floating floor over the existing tile and added wood where there was carpet. They explained how the glue would need to dry before we could walk on it, which was very helpful. After the 3rd day, the floors were done and they started on the baseboard and door casings. Jason worked hard to complete all the work, clean up after the install, and the entire project was done in one week. I am so impressed with this crew and Precison's communication with us. I would highly recommend using them and will definitely work with them in the future, if the need arises. Thank you John, Nash, Jason, Ryan, and crew for all your hard work! I am very grateful for all of you!

Subject: Exceptional Flooring Installation Experience with Precision Flooring…read more I am writing to share our outstanding experience with Precision Flooring, owned by John. Our flooring installation, managed by contractors Edgar and Adrian, was exemplary and one of the best interactions we've had with a contractor and flooring company. We suffered water damage in our master bedroom and decided to replace the flooring in all our bedrooms, including the master bathroom and closet. Unfortunately, the original flooring, installed by the home builders, was discontinued, making it challenging to find a match. Initially, we approached Home Depot, which turned out to be stressful and costly. They required full upfront payment for the flooring and installation, plus hidden fees that significantly increased the estimate. Our experience transformed when we found Precision Flooring. John and his team, including Nash, provided a seamless and pleasant process. At their store, we explored hundreds of samples, taking several home to find the best match. Unlike Home Depot, Precision Flooring required only a 50% deposit, as per California laws. John, the owner, was transparent and straightforward, while Nash made the selection process enjoyable. They were patient, never making us feel rushed despite the time it took to make a decision. John promptly measured our house the day after our store visit, and the flooring installation wait time was only a few weeks, depending on stock availability. Working with Edgar and Adrian was remarkable. They exemplified professionalism and skill, setting high standards for the industry. Their dedication and craftsmanship were evident throughout the project. We are grateful for the excellent customer service, responsiveness, and high-quality work provided by Precision Flooring and its contractors. To future customers, we recommend taking care of your installers. During our project, Edgar and Adrian worked diligently, even on the hottest days. Offering them a shady area, air conditioning, cold drinks, and a tip goes a long way in showing appreciation for their hard work. Precision Flooring also provides military, law enforcement and first responder discounts. They will also price match if you bring in an estimate from another contractor.

He has a no-nonsense outlook on construction and costs which we appreciated. Be forewarned, any construction project, whether a remodel or new construction will come with a fair share of angst. Often you don't know what you don't know and don't ask the right questions or you make assumptions that end up being just plain wrong. It's important to have a good attitude about the project. Joe and his team really work with you to make good on their assurances. At the end of the day, we really love the end result. Was it perfect? Hello Anthony. I don't know how you would remember a job based on pictures of work you did, but…read moreI'm sure you would deny that. I attached the paid invoice with your initials and "paid in full". Hopefully that helps you remember that it was your job. I do remember you and your white pickup truck coming to my house and telling me all work that will be done is professional and all I need to do afterwords is paint. The "professionals" you got coming to the house were careless. Their texturing left a mess in the living room because they didn't seal the area properly. They did not tape off the wall that didn't need texturing. Their response was for me to wash the wall because the texture will come right off. The cracked areas of the drywall ONLY occurred on the areas that you worked on. NO OTHER AREA IN MY HOME HAS THIS. and this home was built over 20yrs ago. your work only lasted about a year. There was no illusion on the work of the raised drywall. I felt it and YOUR response when you felt it was that it was an illusion. A person with some sort of experience would know that there is an issue with the work if they felt it, but you just wanted to get your money and leave. You can change the format of your invoice after you see it was your job but it does no not change the fact that it was your work. I'm sure you don't like the review, but the work is sloppy. If you want to lie about it, it's fine, but people should know on who to bring in before they spend their hard-earned money to fix their homes.
