I was impressed seeing one barber cutting a 3 year old who was still during the cut and kept entertained watching Moana on the big screen TV in front of him. Applause for that guy! *Great location! It's next to Starbucks, McDonalds, Mountain Mike's Pizza, etc. so if you get there early (like I did), you can walk over to get coffee or something to eat.

And the time or two I did get him to relax, it would leave red marks and it got to the point where he was refusing to go. I called Edge of Colors and explained what had happened in the past at a different salon and she took the time to talk with me and say that for some people their skin can react that way... but that Mike was experienced with cutting children's hair. So we scheduled an appt for the same day- So glad I did because it went incredibly! He was patient with my son, talked him through when he got scared and was super playful and fun. And surprisingly there was no red marks. My son loved the hair cut and said he wants to go there every time he needs his hair cut now. Total win for me as his mom, because I don't have to deal with meltdowns, bribery, consequences or anything now lol. Super appreciative for the time and quality of experience
