I couldn't get ahold of anyone at Premium by phone during business hours. I left voicemail messages and emails for three weeks. Not one of my messages or emails was ever responded to. I gave up and gave by business to another company. Actually, I am glad they didn't reply. I received A1 quality workmanship at the other company. I met a guy who took his car to Premium who is unhappy with the work that they did. He too, tried calling and emailing and received no response about his shoddy workmanship at Premium. After seeing their video on Youtube on wrapping a Subaru Ascent for Subiefest, I knew they were the company to go to. They really have a keen eye for attention to detail. My car came out amazing and I can not thank them enough for what they did. I spent ~1.5 days in their office watching them work on my car. Since I work remotely, they allowed me to work there while the car was being worked on. They have a nice little guest area that I was able to sit in. Over the years, i have ordered several overlays from them for my STI's.. Never once have they sent me the right thing on time. I literally like 40 mins from them and it took over a month to get my overlays in 2011, which turned out to be the wrong ones overall. All in all, I got the actual overlays I ordered after 2.5 months. I totally forgot how bad this site was and someone recommended them, I ordered another set of overlays for my 2016 sti, its been 1 month and still nothing... gonna charge back on Paypal soon. Never ever ever buy or use their services. IDK who keeps giving them 4-5 stars but they're being paid off. 0 stars if possible.. read more

I first found about premium auto styling thru Instagram. I wanted to order the amber delete kit, but got discouraged after reading some of the reviews. The way I saw it was that I wasn't taking a huge loss. It was only around $25 and it's a cosmetic mod that I didn't need the next day. So based on the reviews I thought the worst case was I wouldn't get the order. So I order them, and the kit gets here in less than one week! I ordered them 6/30 and got them 7/5. They look great. I took my Veloster Turbo to Premium to get some tint done on my car. The guys there were very friendly and helpful and did an amazing job! They installed fog light reflector tail light tints and a premium banner. They are very professional and will give you the best service and quality you could ask for.
