I called Premier this morning to see if they could get me in for one window to be tinted, they said no problem! When I showed up, the place was clean, unique, trendy, with an industrial vibe. I immediately text some friends to tell them about the place. My car was in and out in 15 minutes. They guys were friendly and nice, and they took awesome care of me! I just called a few people to tell them about Premier! Do not go anywhere else! I love seeing young business owners do what they love and do it well! read more

I got XPel Ultimate paint protection film installed by business owner Garrett on my Camaro 1LE on Monday. It looks absolutely fantastic! I can't recommend Premier highly enough. They've done great work on my car with Xpel film and 3M ceramic window tint. They are professional and friendly. Great shop to patronize! Thanks, Garrett! Thanks, Taylor! Thanks, Premier Window Tinting! read more

So glad I followed the advice of my fellow reviewers and took my car to these guys. Called on a Friday afternoon and got in at 8 am the next morning. The tint was done in about an hour or so, even though I was planning on 2. Super quick and efficient and the ceramic tint looks absolutely perfect. The price was exactly as quoted and in my opinion beyond reasonable. The shop is clean and quiet too which is a nice change from some of the other places in town that are glorified stereo shops. Honestly, I would rather sit on a leather couch and watch satellite TV than listen to a bunch of distorted bass playing different songs at the same time. I highly recommend these guys and will be using them for all vehicle tinting as long as I live in Reno. read more

They just tinted and wrapped my 2016 Tesla Model S P90D and I'd have to say that they are all about the details. I feel protected against rock chips and the occasional door dings. They were willing to accommodate my crazy schedule. This is the third car that I had them work on and their quality has not faded. read more

Got me in same day and in and out in 15 min. Excellent job guys the escalade looks great!

Requested a quote and received a reply from Garrett within 15 minutes. From there, tried setting up an appointment within the next 2 days, but they were booked.I tried to book on a Friday morning and Saturdays the shop has short hour, but no availability. Garrett then offered to do it on Sunday morning, a day the shop is closed. Couldn't resist that offer and professionalism, so I booked it. Showed up to the appointment and got my windows tinted within an hour and a half. The work quality is awesome. Garrett made the process worthwhile and going back to him for additional services. read more

Garrett runs the best tint shop in Nevada. I've been to several other shops to tint the windows of our 50 truck fleet and was tires low quality, high priced tint. Then I found Premier. I'll never go anywhere else. Don't be fooled by haters like Joey H leaving fake reviews. Garrett and his team are artists! read more

Absolutely the best place in town with THE BEST QUALITY TINT. There is a reason you see all these nice and fancy cars posted with tint for this business. This shop uses 3M tint and 3M is a big company, so it's safe to say they have money to throw into creating some quality products. I ended up getting ceramic tint for my BMW and there is no glare, fading, discoloration, or anything. You want tint, you get BLACK window tint. Not some purple or green tinted garbage you'll get from other shops in town. Yea, you can save yourself $40 by going to another shop in town, but what's $40 compared to piece of mind. Most shops in town buy their rolls of tint (120ft, or more, rolls) for the price you pay them to put it on. Just go here to get your tint done, there's no reason to waste time and money taking a gamble at some other place with lower quality, random name brand window tint. read more

I recently had my windows tinted on my new car at another shop. We also recently purchased a new Audi that the dealership had the windows tinted, and clear bra done by Premier Window Tinting . After I compared my car to my wife's, I noticed the difference between the quality of the film material. I took my car to Garrett for the clear bra on mine. After stewing about the quality of the film, and poor installation, Garrett re tinted my windows with 3M Ceramic tint. Wow, what a difference! He even tinted my sons windows. I have been in the Reno Sparks area for a long time, and have used multiple shops for window tinting and clear bra over the years. In my opinion, Premier Window Tinting is the one stop shop for the best window tinting and clear Bra in town! Garrett not only talks the talk, he walks the walk! We will be using his services going forward! read more

These guys are awesome. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. I took my Tesla Model 3 here to get my windows tinted, and it turned out perfect. They have the large rolls of window tint required to do the rear window in a single piece. The prices are also very reasonable. I will never take a vehicle to anywhere else in town for tinting. read more

Best tint shop in Northern NV. I've been using Garrett since I was 16 years old and I would never trust somebody else tinting my vehicles. Premier window tinting has a great reputation and their successful work is displayed all over the area. Whether it's vehicles, commercial, residential or even full car wraps. Premier does everything with the highest quality. You will not be disappointed! read more

I recently purchased a 2016 land rover sport supercharged in Fuji White with all black top. I wanted to get tint and learn a little more about it, but wasn't sure where to go in Reno. A friend of mine had referred me to Garrett at Premier Window Tinting. Let me say that this this guy is a master of his craft. He educated me on tint and explained the benefits of clear bra protection as well. Needless to say, my ride looked amazing. I didn't start off as a tint guy, but once I saw the work he'd done, I was super impressed and will tint and clear bra all my cars moving forward. The customer service was great. He accommodated my busy schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. The clear bra protection and tint that I got has been great with no bubbling or peeling. Real solid quality work. read more

We called yesterday to see if they could install the 3M protective film on the headlights and fog lights for our new Subaru Outback. Not only did they offer the service, their price was about half of what another local company quoted, and they were able to do it for us next day - while we waited in their comfortable waiting area for only 20 minutes. Awesome service, friendly, honest staff, and one of the cleanest shops we've ever been in!! Thanks guys!! read more

As a SoCal native, now Nevadan of 4 years, (don't worry, I don't like them either) I am happy to find the quality I relied on in the LA area, but here in north NV without all the nonsense of CA. This shop is legit and on top of their game, and I have 0 complaints. Thank you read more

If you are looking into having a clear bra, Premier is the only place in the area to have this professionally installed! I checked out several shops and looked at Suntek vs Expel. Premier and Suntek won my business hands down! The owner, Garrett Oakes was patient about answering all my questions. This shop uses 5x the amount of material-than any other shop in the area. They know their products and how to install them! He even offered to let me use the loaner truck until my car was finished, but I opted for a ride home and had a friend bring me back to pick up my car. I received top notch customer care. The shop is clean, and the installers are experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were working on a Suntek full body wrap of a Tesla when I stopped by, so I was able to see the actual product being installed. I called about a concern I had, and Garrett returned my call, even though it was a Sunday. He was able to resolve my concern immediately. I feel he is an honest and straight forward owner, who really cares about his customers. While taking a 1600 mile trip in my new car, the oil and bugs cleaned off with a soapy cloth; and I had no rock chips. I'm a believer in Suntek! I definitely recommend taking the stress out of shopping around and just go to Premier, you will be so happy you did. Thank you to Garrett and his team of installers for an excellent experience! read more

Garrett and Vinny quickly became my tint and PPF shop of choice a few years ago and the only shop I recommend to friends and family. Not only is their service quick, their pricing is more than fair, and the work is stellar! On top of that, they both bend over backwards to make sure their customers are happy with the work and products they provide. I've seen Garrett and Vinny both work on Saturdays and even Sundays to work with customers' schedules...these guys really do go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy! After being a customer for a few years, I became friends with the guys and started spending time at the shop watching them interact with customers, not once have I seen someone treated poorly, never taken advantage of, and anytime a customer's expectation wasn't initially met, Garrett did whatever he could to make it right. After watching one customer continually take advantage of these guys, Garrett finally had to ask the customer to not be a customer anymore. This was a good thing because this particular customer was given free product, free work, and more extra free things than I could imagine, the moment he was cut off from his special treatment, he turned on Premier and left 1-star reviews under both his and his wife's Yelp accounts. I normally wouldn't discuss this sort of thing in a review and I try to remain positive, but these completely bogus 1-star reviews are completely undeserved and I feel any potential customer should know... I am posting pictures of both my vehicles and other vehicles showing work Premier has done with tint and PPF products, just an FYI. read more

After doing a DIY headlight restoration on my 2006 4Runner I decided to get them covered by film for UV protection. I selected Premier based off their Yelp reviews, price, and availability. Messaged Premier through Yelp and within a few minutes I was contacted back by Garrett (the owner). He was very informative and quick to respond outside of regular business hours. Premier offered a very competitive price and was able to get me in there within a day or two which was great. I dropped my truck off before my appointment and they had it done on time and looking great. There were no bubbles, streaks, or weird cuts anywhere which speaks volumes to their quality control and workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier to any of my friends and family if they need to get their cars tinted in the future. read more

Best of both worlds. Best quality and pricing I've ever seen. I called numerous places around town before choosing Premier. So believe me when I say, best price in town. I've already recommended them to a few friends and they've told me they're going to Premier Window Tinting. Thank you Vinny and Garrett. read more

Totally unprofessional. We had Garrett come to our house for a quote a week ago. Apparently he decided he did not want the job, but never contacted us again after repeated requests from us for the quote. Don't know whether the job is not large enough or he was just too busy to get back to us, but regardless it would be more mature and professional just to tell us he does not want to do it. We're taking our business somewhere else. -------------------------------------------------------- Update: Wow. If you guys could see the nasty, angry, threatening, accusatory texts this guy sent after seeing my review, you would be shocked! Sounds like a nice guy until he gets mad at you. As you can see, he has posted our home address and other private information to try to intimidate us into removing our review. This is in direct violation of the web site's privacy rules. This is clearly not someone we feel safe doing business with. We are reporting his behavior to Yelp and possibly legal authorities. Update: -------------------------------------------------------- He has changed his response a number of times. He did remove our private info, finally. He may know window tinting, but if you have any problems with him at all, be ready to hire an attorney or maybe even call the police. I rarely write reviews on yelp but when a company goes so far above my expectations I feel it is something I must do. I have limited knowledge on window tint but was given a quick and detailed explanation of different types of tint so could choose the right window tint for my car which was so helpful. I was given a time I could come pick my car up upon completion but I was overjoyed when a phone call came saying my car was ready over 2 hours early. My overall experience for my first window tint was great and will be recommending these guys in the future. read more

For starters, I was very surprised to see a 1 star review for this company. I've used Garrett and his staff for the last 10 years for both my vehicles and my homes. He is wonderful at his craft and takes great pride in his work. His price point is great considering the quality of work and material used. Not to mention he warranties all his product for life. I recently had Garrett come by my new home to tint some windows as I was doing some renovations on my flooring and wanted to protect my asset from the hot sun. Garrett recommended a light film that would block most of the suns harmful rays but would still allow the natural light to come through while adding protection to the floors. Garrett was very professional and is always a joy to talk to, as he is very outgoing and extremely polite. I highly recommend this company for all your tint needs! read more
