I checked my records and told them that they were the ones who had "improperly pruned" the trees. I suggested perhaps they prune them properly free of charge. I called them in May to have this done before the hot summer would start, now, summer is almost over and the redwood is looking quite dry and looks as if it is going to fall over onto my house or my neighbor's house any moment - see photo. Each time I call, the person who answers does not know why it hasn't been done and has no new information to offer since last I spoke with him.
