You can tell he gives his patients as much time as they need when helping them understand their problems and their options. At some point he recommended trying PT again and I decided to stay with Core in Novi. When I started Casey did my intake. I was very nervous, after dealing with this issue for so long and having no success with PT. She was very calm yet confident and started me on a program. I came to know Stacie and Jenna (they work with Casey on a team) they both were friendly and supportive. After a few weeks I wasn't showing signs of progress so Stacie told me I may need to go back to the doctor and explore other options. I was disappointed but SO grateful. I spent months at other PTs with no results and I was always pushed on. Stacie's honesty I think what lead to my finally getting better. After talking with her team, I was discharged and went back to Dr. Slesinski. He carefully explained my options and I ultimately decided to have surgery. An option I hadn't been given until Core PT urged me to go back to my Doctor. My surgery was performed by Dr. Kesto this last November and after I week I returned to PT at core. Casey, Stacie, and Jenna were again patient with me but urging me to push myself when appropriate, changing up my program to address my needs on particular days. And after a few weeks I got stronger. They did the best they could to keep me in PT for as long as I needed but eventually I had to be discharged. And I was kind of sad. Casey, Stacie, and Jenna made me happy to come to PT. By January I was in better shape than before I had my surgery. I'm very pleased with the results. Throughout my experience with core nearly every receptionist, nurse, assistant.. etc was patient and kind. The quality was bad and on top of it for billing purposes the center was considered as Hospital coverage costing me out of pocket. Finally, I found the "NOVI DPT (Doctors of Physical Therapy), where I was treated by Dr.Burns and Dr.Sina. They helped me heal my frozen shoulder with quality therapy combined with exercises. Here are the top five reasons what I liked about this hidden gem - 1. The personal interest and the special care they provide in healing each patient is beyond my expectations. 2. The knowledge they possess and how they explain as to how muscles work, why they become inflamed/irritated, what to avoid and how to strengthen and cure it is definitely an advantage for the patient. 3. Healing Patient's condition is top most priority than making money (This is evident when my friend's insurance denied payment for frequent sessions they provided her, they did not charge her back for those sessions). 4. After a week I decided to switch for a new PT, Novi DPT and Dr. Sina works with me. After few weeks I feel I did the right thing to switch to this clinic. Let's me say this, compared with other PTs in those clinics I went through, I can feel that he is a very professionally trained PT doctor, knows where and how to improve my muscle tightness personalized for my problems. Not like other clinics where PT asked me go through each of their machines on the floor and checked the checklist boxes, then a short manual massage with no targeted treatment, and their manual massages were not a real deep massage at all for me. I really enjoy Dr. Sina's deep shoulder/neck/back massages which helped me to relive the neck/arm numbness and pain. BTW, the front desk staff are also very friendly

I did my research and found ALL Pro PT. From my experience over the last decade with All Pro, their name says it all!! On January 12, 2016 I experienced a near fatal fall down my main staircase. I've had a few consequential outdoor accidents, and some totally unexplainable injuries since, however ALL required serious orthopedic PT to regain my mobility. The most serious of all was my 2016 injury to the right shoulder and arm. I suffered 2 through & through tears (1" and 2") to my rotator cuff. In the accident I also tore off my long bicep tendon; which IS an unrepairable injury. The pain was unbearable, and heavy triple script medications barely took the edge off. Since I was required to wait 6 weeks for my surgical date, my surgeon recommended PT. I contacted ALL Pro. The educational range of the ALL Pro Staff, bar none, is PAR EXCELLANT! When I arrived the physical therapist asked me what my pain level was from 1-10? I asked if there was a 15? In evaluating my arm, and looking at the MRI report, the PT discerned I was in some serious pain and recommended I try Dry-Needling. My response was dry WHAT? After the Dry-Needling session, and some very gentle manipulation, the PT asked me to re-evaluate my pain level. It was a THREE!! I was in disbelief when I walked out that day. I felt like I had an EXCALIBUR EXPERIENCE! I continued for six weeks with two dry-needling sessions a week along with some exercises. I was even given the clearance to return to work right up to my surgery. TRUE story! Post surgery: My surgeon estimated hopefully that I regain 80% - 85% of my range of motion given all the damage done to the shoulder and arm in the accident. To me, that sounded pretty bleak. I rehabbed with All Pro PT for several months. Today, I now have FULL range of motion in my right arm. I can carry a 10 lb. bag of groceries (sometimes more) thru the parking lot, I can scratch & wash my back myself, play catch, swim, exercise, move furniture, and pick up very small children, ALL with my right arm. Fast forward to August 2021, my left shoulder began irritating me so my Dr. again recommended PT. And again, I contacted ALL Pro. The Dry-Needling kept me off the hard drugs and allowed me some simple exercising (while injured) right up to my surgery date, January 24, 2022. After three months of PT with the AWESOME and CARING STAFF at ALL Pro - Raj, Katie, Zhyaire "Z", Rico, Kathryn, and a few other names I've already forgotten (sorry) - I now have full range of motion in my left arm, too. I have been to other clinics for sessions, but Emily has explained in detail my treatment and given me her hands on therapy that has really made a difference. The exercises are precise and her knowledge shows her skilled education. She has also addressed my neck pain after having cervical surgery last September. I have learned to strenghten my neck muscles by doing simple exercises and found comfort by massage and heat. I am so happy that I have changed to OMPT for my treatments.
