Shortly after my move to Livonia in 2011 I developed a severe case of planter fasciitis in my foot. My doctor told me to find a good physical therapist. I did my research and found ALL Pro PT. From my experience over the last decade with All Pro, their name says it all!! On January 12, 2016 I experienced a near fatal fall down my main staircase. I've had a few consequential outdoor accidents, and some totally unexplainable injuries since, however ALL required serious orthopedic PT to regain my mobility. The most serious of all was my 2016 injury to the right shoulder and arm. I suffered 2 through & through tears (1" and 2") to my rotator cuff. In the accident I also tore off my long bicep tendon; which IS an unrepairable injury. The pain was unbearable, and heavy triple script medications barely took the edge off. Since I was required to wait 6 weeks for my surgical date, my surgeon recommended PT. I contacted ALL Pro. The educational range of the ALL Pro Staff, bar none, is PAR EXCELLANT! When I arrived the physical therapist asked me what my pain level was from 1-10? I asked if there was a 15? In evaluating my arm, and looking at the MRI report, the PT discerned I was in some serious pain and recommended I try Dry-Needling. My response was dry WHAT? After the Dry-Needling session, and some very gentle manipulation, the PT asked me to re-evaluate my pain level. It was a THREE!! I was in disbelief when I walked out that day. I felt like I had an EXCALIBUR EXPERIENCE! I continued for six weeks with two dry-needling sessions a week along with some exercises. I was even given the clearance to return to work right up to my surgery. TRUE story! Post surgery: My surgeon estimated hopefully that I regain 80% - 85% of my range of motion given all the damage done to the shoulder and arm in the accident. To me, that sounded pretty bleak. I rehabbed with All Pro PT for several months. Today, I now have FULL range of motion in my right arm. I can carry a 10 lb. bag of groceries (sometimes more) thru the parking lot, I can scratch & wash my back myself, play catch, swim, exercise, move furniture, and pick up very small children, ALL with my right arm. Fast forward to August 2021, my left shoulder began irritating me so my Dr. again recommended PT. And again, I contacted ALL Pro. The Dry-Needling kept me off the hard drugs and allowed me some simple exercising (while injured) right up to my surgery date, January 24, 2022. After three months of PT with the AWESOME and CARING STAFF at ALL Pro - Raj, Katie, Zhyaire "Z", Rico, Kathryn, and a few other names I've already forgotten (sorry) - I now have full range of motion in my left arm, too. I've now been a patient at All-Pro Physical Therapy for two separate injuries. This place is amazing and everyone working there is considered family to me. My first visit in 2015 was due to a pinched nerve in my back. Throughout my sessions, I worked with two therapists (John and Rico). Both were amazing! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Rico is quite funny (jokester)! After 2 months of 3 days a week therapy, my back improved tremendously. It's been over a year now and I barely ever have back pain...if I do, Yoga does the trick My second visit in Oct 2016 was for severe ankle pain (both ankles). Went to two foot specialist and 2 two orthopedics and 3 out of 4 suggested surgery was the only option. The 4th recommended therapy. So of course I decided to go to All-Pro since my last experience with my back was successful. This time I had a new therapist (David Clisch) who lucky specializes in Ankle/feet. He actually started there in 2016 so I was extremely happy to meet him. My ankle pain was more chronic than anything else, from sports injuries and twisting my ankles. I just completed my 3 months of 2-3 days a week therapy with David. First of all, he's an amazing therapist and an even better person. My ankle pain was 8 left foot and 6 right foot. I'm now at 2 left foot and 0 right foot. I'm so happy I decided to go the PT route and not surgery. 1. After multiple surgeries and post-surgery physical therapy treatments, the range of motion and ability to continue with my daily lifestyle became extremely diminished. My ankle became fused over a period of several years and the pain increased to a level requiring pain medications to be able to tolerate normal daily activities. In December of 2014, I had a full ankle implant procedure. Following the procedure, I was referred by my surgeon to the All-Pro Physical Therapy group. I selected the All-Pro office on 6-mile road in Livonia, MI. My initial contact with the office was with Leslie. She mailed the necessary paperwork to my home prior to my first appointment and greeted me for my first session. She was extremely professional, very personable and friendly. I worked with Dr. Stephen Terry over the next several months to regain the range of motion and strength in my ankle. Dr. Terry is exceptional at what he does! My past experiences with Physical Therapy could be characterized as "Physical Torture!" As soon as I walked in All-Pro Physical Therapy I was greeted at the front desk by Leslie's friendly smile and willingness to assist. Having been left without the full range of motion of my arms after surgery, I was quite restricted in my daily activities and had much pain. Tracy, my therapist assessed my condition, taking measurements and writing notes. She knew exactly what I needed and we got to work that very first day! I was amazed at the progress I was making! All along the way she would ask if I was having any difficulties. Whenever I told her of my limitations she worked out a plan and to target them. I am simply amazed at what she was able to do for me which will make the rest of my life so much better! She even send home some of the same equipment they use there so I could continue to workout at home! She supplied me with pages of diagrams showing me the moves I should be making and even drew up a few of her own, which were so helpful to me. All the therapist are very professional, knowledgeable, skilled and super friendly. Everyone there was very encouraging even though they were not my therapist. It's just a wonderful atmosphere to be in while working toward to a full recovery. Everyone gets a private room and can workout in the large open area as well. They have it all! I recently completed several weeks (three sessions) of therapy here. I had issues with my lower back, leg pain and some pain when sitting for long periods of time. David worked with me most of the time--he was great. He was patient with me in explaining the exercises and also demonstrating them to me. I also had Katie a couple of times and had the same experience with her. You also receive printed copies of the exercises and you can go on-line and see a short video demonstrating them--very helpful. The facility is very nice and clean. There are small private rooms for personal attention (doors kept open) and where you get heat and/or ice and electrode therapy when you finish exercising. Two other staff members who were very nice to work with were Eve and Karen. This facility was recommended to me by my family physician, Dr. Joseph Beaman. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of physical therapy. I am thrilled to say I feel great! I absolutely loved going to therapy, never thought I would say that! All PRO Physical Therapy gets my vote for a Great Place to get your physical ailments treated, while on the road to recovery. Dave, my assigned Physical Therapist, was friendly but kept me on task in introducing new exercises or helping me, by correcting me on exercises I was doing wrong. Dr. Katie (DPT) did periodic tests to check the progression of my knee ailment and made sure we followed my doctors prescription. She didn't hesitate in stepping in with specific treatment, when I had a reocurance of my major pain, while at therapy. Karen, the Receptionist, was always happy to help with scheduling or insurance questions. And Eve always made sure my assigned Therapy room or the General Area exercise equipment was sanitized for my use, or the heat / ice packs were at the proper temperature. Even small interactions with the office manager, the other Therapists or other patients, made it a pleasant experience, under the circumstances. I've worked with one of the best Physical Therapists in the past, Michelle Krings. After having a lumbar fusion, I suffered from a spinal cord injury, now I was the patient instead of a therapist. Luckily, I found Michelle Krings at All-Pro physical therapy. Michelle is a very hands-on dynamic and very experienced therapist! she knew exactly how to help me. It was the hardest thing I've ever done but I couldn't of done it without her. At All-Pro physical therapy I also found a clinic full of exceptional staff. They were always motivating me and celebrating all my little improvements along the way. Catherine at the front desk also deserves Kudos, she is so kind and on the ball, she always has a smile on her face and made me feel so comfortable walking in the door.it's very important to find therapists that really know how to help you and All-Pro is the place to go! The team at All-Pro was great! I had ACL reconstruction surgery on my knee in late December 2016 and was at P.T. the next day. After a month of 3x per week we went to 2x per week and by early February I was once a week and by early March I was discharged. And yes there were lots of home exercises! From the very first day Karen at the reception was always helpful. Raj the owner was very knowledgeable and David who was my primary therapist pushed me to my limits. Don't let the young look fool you. I asked lots of questions and David knew the answers. And when David was out Anna and Raj stepped in and never missed a beat! It's not magic you STILL have to do the work and commit to get results and if you do, these guys and gals will show you the way! My husband couldn't walk without a walkerand was in constant back pain.He had hip replacement surgery 2 years ago and was never given proper muscle strengthening rehab. My daughter recommended All Pro, although 1 hour away he was out of options. The problem was diagnosed right away and he was given a series of exercises to do at home. After 3 visits the progress was a miracle. We have never experienced the hands on approach that Raj takes, he worked as hard as my husband! The exercises are easy to follow and have the option of accessing video backup. He has a long road ahead to get fully functional but for now the change is remarkable. The progress is due to Raj and his team at All Pro. He is walking mostly pain free with occasional follow up visits and the road to full recovery looks more certain. read more

I had such an amazing experience at All-Pro Physical Therapy! The owner Raj is very personable and invested in the clients and his staff. The staff is educated, friendly and wonderful! My Physical Therapist knew I wanted nothing more than to get back to kickboxing so as I was nearing "graduation day" he practiced kickboxing moves with me to make sure I felt okay. Totally unconventional, I'm sure, but talk about catering to a clients needs and goals! I had my doubts that physical therapy would help me because my knee is bone on bone. Katie, my therapist, explained the goal of treatment....to strengthen my muscles to lessen the burden on my knee. I was experiencing really bad neck and shoulder pain after a car accident and was hesitant to try physical therapy in fear that it would get worse... I started going twice a week for about three months seeing both Robby and Rico that helped A LOT. There was always new exercises to try during the session as well as at home. I typically ended the sessions doing a heat therapy that helped reduce aches/pain. The staff at All Pro was extremely welcoming and helpful each session and the facility it's self was very clean and not overly crowded. After having a hip-revision at Beaumont-Royal Oak I sought out a physical therapy location close to home and found All-Pro PT in Livonia. I started working with Dr. Stephanie Dackiw. She designed a program on my first visit and provided me with a printout of all exercises for my days between appointments. As Dr. Dackiw started my PT, but was transitioning to a new position at another location. I also worked with Rico and Rob to finish up my appointments. All great PT's. My doctor recommended All-Pro Physical Therapy to me more than 10 years ago after I had a very bad experience with another PT facility. I have been coming to All-Pro off and on since then for different ailments and have had great success with recovery. My most recent visits were for recovery from a revision of a knee replacement. My experience at All-Pro was outstanding. I primarily worked with Steve but others at different times. Steve always made me feel comfortable with anything he asked me to do. He constantly watched to make sure all of the exercises he was recommending were done correctly and that they did not cause me more pain. If they did cause any discomfort he immediately adjusted the exercises. I went there with constant severe neck pain. All-Pro gave me a handful of simple exercises I could easier do at home or even while traveling to help keep my lower back pain-free. I went from barely unable to walk to walking daily, bike riding and hiking - and all pain-free! My PT, Matt, took the time to assess my level of pain, took care to make sure nothing was causing additional pain, and made sure that I was comfortable with each exercise. This is the first time I've had physical therapy so I had no clue what to expect. I had shoulder issues and didn't think it would help much. I was wrong! Robby helped me through the process every visit and kept things new so I could take home exercises and stretches. I left feeling so much better and more confident.
