The physical therapy part is fine, but their billing department is not. I have a high deductible…read more They charged me the same amount each visit which I paid. I was there 2-3 times a week for about 3 months. They started charging/billing more for my visits without ever telling me that when I was there paying the same old amount they asked for. I never received a bill while I was going to sessions. However, a month after I stopped going I received a hefty bill. When I asked for more detailed information, I was sent a spreadsheet with random amounts paid (not what I actually paid each visit). I'm in my 50s and have two adult children. I have been to a lot of doctors and have never experienced anything like this. I played phone tag with the billing, spent hours trying to figure out why my visits increased in price when all the codes were the same. The billing department didn't help much. Every now and then I received a text from Jamie, the office manager. I responded twice with great detail about my frustration with the bill. I never received a response from her.

Neha and her staff were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. During my initial consultation, Neha took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my shoulder/scapula issues. She conducted a thorough assessment and explained my treatment plan in detail, answering all my questions and providing helpful tips and suggestions. The team used a combination of manual therapy, stretching, and strengthening exercises to help me regain proper alignment and mobility in my shoulder and scapula. They also provided me with at-home exercises and tips to continue my progress between sessions and after "graduation". Thank you to the team at PPTS for helping me regain my strength and mobility!

Because my wife had tried four or five Physical Therapy entities and had found most of them worse…read morethan unsatisfactory, she was wary of Ally PT before sampling its wares. However, she has made several return visits there after having shoulders and knees replaced. So, when my regular physician prescribed PT for me for lower back pain, I selected Ally PT as the provider. Owing to my wife's positive experiences with Ally PT, I had high hopes for knowlegeable and attentive therapists, pleasant (and uncrowded) surroundings), useful exercises, competently-delivered therapy, and the outcome which had prompted me to sign up for PT. I am delighted to report that Ally PT exceeded ALL of my high expectations. I had accompanied my wife to some of her former PT providers and was shocked at the amount of sitting-around time and lack of attentiveness. What a difference were my (and my wife's) experiences at Ally PT: The business design makes clients feel welcome; the therapist stays with you during your therapy; there are rarely more than one or two other clients in the treatment area during your appointment time; and they gear the therapy to your individual needs. (They even took my blood pressure when I felt dizzy). I cannot think of a single thing they might do to improve what is an already an extremely positive and useful environment. On a scale of 1-5, I rate Ally PT a 6 !! Gary A. Weissman Canton, MI July 29, 2026

We were on a monthly payment plan and were making all of our monthly payments, but suddenly without any notification to us they sent the account to their collection agency. In fairness they could have reached out to us and said we know you are making your monthly payments but we need a certain amount to be paid of the balance to keep it going to the debt collector. Very poor on ATI's part in the way they handled this. We will not be returning to ATI and want to make people aware of their billing departments poor handling of this situation! Also ATI sent the wrong amount that was due to the debt collector. We had a credit coming to us and they did not apply that to the final balance due! Be aware and find another PT facility for your needs!

I injured my lower back somehow and it had quickly escalated to debilitating pain over just a few…read moredays. To make matters worse, I was hosting a birthday party the coming weekend and had so much to do. I was trying everything to get back my mobility... stretches, cbd oil, back roller, mobility ball, ice, heat, pain cream, rest, but nothing was working and I was in tears from desperation. It can be a frightening feeling when your freedom of movement is slipping away before your eyes. I didn't feel comfortable driving the car and could barely bend down at all. I had to do something or cancel the party, so I found Dr. Burr's reviews here. I'm not really a chiropractor person, at least I wasn't, but I liked that they relied on teaching exercise treatment therapies as well as adjustments, because my other experiences with chiropractic seemed like they were a repeating RX for more and more visits. I wanted a solution and things I could learn to do for myself. I also liked that he had a relationship with Applied Fitness Solutions, (AFS) where I have a membership and who I trust. Mitch was so compassionate and nice on the phone, and is so nice to work with. God bless them, they got me in the same day and I was able to start implementing the exercises Dr. Burr showed me right away. He explained my issues so well and was very personable but so clearly a professional. He really understood where I was at and knew what to do. I also purchased a lumbar pillow that helped train my spine to return to where it needed to be. I appreciated that they didn't push the purchase of this hard, and showed me how I could also use a towel, but I have to say the pillow does the job so perfectly, is comfortable, and doesn't slip that I'm really glad I bought it. It definitely made a huge difference in my recovery. It turned car trips into therapy. Two days later my pain had so improved!! I had a follow-up visit this day and Dr. Burr expertly assessed my progress and told me what to do to take my recovery further. I never imagined I could feel this better this quickly. I did the exercises frequently and they strengthened me and corrected the problem. Dr. Burr did give a great upper back adjustment as well. I'm still amazed at how fast I improved. Dr. Burr said that early treatment was key to bouncing back so quickly. I'm not out of the woods yet, but I just need a few more visits... not perpetual visits! I'm functioning and mostly comfortable. I'm so happy to share this as my success story! The party is tomorrow and it's totally happening, and I'll be able to enjoy it fully! My husband was amazed as well when he saw how miserable I was (my family had to do so much for me!) and he is going to see Dr. Burr for some back pain he has been struggling with for a while. He wasn't a chiropractor person either lol. If you have pain and are looking for real lasting help, I can't recommend Dr. Burr highly enough.

In just 5 sessions I learned SO much about what was going on with my body and causing my pain. He actually took the time to listen to my concerns and venting at times Lol. But, I haven't been in pain since. I wish I would have went last year! I highly recommend his method over a 'regular' chiropractor where you may just pop in for for adjustment. That was only a small part of the treatment here. He reminded me of seeing a PT and specialist all in one. Definitely worth the time. Thanks RJ!
