I went to Copple chiropracter last year because of sciatica issues. As soon as he pressed on my upper back, it not only took my breath away, 3 ribs immediately cracked. When I told him, he said, "No, they just moved back in place". I knew they cracked. Shortly after, I found out I had a fractured sacrum, and 6 weeks ago, I found I had a sever compression fracture on my T7 (bra strap). I showed Copple my x-rays, and he said nothing. No apology, no money offered back.

The office staff there is rude, they care more about money than patients. They make you wait forever to see a doctor but charge you $50 if you are more than 10 min late and they won't see nor speak to you till you pay the $, whether you owe it or not. They charge 3 percent for credit cards. They are not affiliated with any hospital system so nothing is on a my chart, they don't give you any paperwork, they don't do reminders for visits, it is NOT patient friendly. What year is this? They should have an online accounting and scheduling system. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
