During my appointment, they insisted I needed an MRI and scheduled it for me. They scheduled it for 6/3 on my behalf. Later in the day on 6/2, the MRI office called and said they have an earlier appointment and I accepted. Later in that same day on 6/2, MRI office called and said I do not have active insurance. I then called Lederman office and was told they verified I have active insurance. MRI was completed at the 3rd party and was then informed I need to pay $400+ because my insurance is no longer active. Lederman then charged me $765 and claimed it is on me to know I do not have active insurance. EVEN THOUGH THEY VERIFIED IT BEFORE SCHEDULING ME, CONFIMED I HAD ACTIVE PRIOR TO THE MRI, SCHEDULED THE MRI FOR ME, AND CONTINUED TO SAY INSURANCE WAS CONFIRMED TO BE ACTIVE EVEN AFTER I INFORMED THEM THE MRI OFFICE IS STATING INSURANCE IS NOT ACTIVE. I informed the doctor office I also use Medicaid, but they do not accept it. They then reduced the bill from $765 to $215 only after being super rude, disrespectful, and having the most condescending tone I have heard in a long time. Just awful to work with and they didn't care about my side of the story at all. The doctor was solid but because of Laurie and Rochelle being some of the most arrogant and disrespectful individuals I have ever had the displeasure of encountering, I would stay far away from this place and utilize any other doctor in your network. Rochelle is also a supervisor (somehow) and was the worst of them all. Just a nightmare to work with and truly wish I would have never visited them to begin with.

I recommend everyone in need of shoulder surgery see Dr. Bartholomew, including my father who has also had two successful operations now. He came highly praised by my internal medicine doctor who's opinion I trust implicitly. The procedures were completed very quickly and I was sutured expertly. Both my shoulders are completely stable now and I've regained most strength and use of both of them with a better range of motion than I've ever had. I can throw a baseball and swim with a forward stroke now, without fear of dislocating a shoulder (and drowning)!

From a free consult - which was exceedingly educational and honest - to the weeks of therapy I've now had after rotator cuff surgery, Shawn's goal is to get you functioning and back to your full life asap. I'm halfway through my recovery, and remarkably pain-free most of the time, which is NOT normal for most shoulder surgery patients. I attribute this to my surgeon, Sean Bak, and to my PT guy Shawn. I would highly recommend Shawn and this facility for any PT needed.

My daughter was a client for sports related knee pain. The schedule is made in such that my…read moredaughter was 1 of 5-6 clients for one therapist at a time. There were so many clients that my daughter got minimal attention. On one occasion, she was left to "warm up" for 25 minutes on the stationary bike simply because they lost track of her and her needs. This would lead to each visit lasting about 1.5 hours. Not an efficient office in my opinion.

In addition to being patient and caring, they are knowledgeable and supportive. They are also driven to help patients achieve the best results. As I healed and made progress, they assigned different exercises to further my strength and agility. I could ask questions and express concerns, and when I discussed issues with balance, Catherine showed me exercises I could do to regain the ability - something I had lost years before the surgeries and am so excited to be able to do again. They also helped me regain my confidence, and taught me things I can continue to do on my own to maintain my strength and mobility. I made a lot of progress in their care and am eternally grateful!

I was told that I could and had to miss a whole week because none was available. Machines too close for pandemic times. But what got me was how unprofessional the staff was at times. Talk about other patients using their first name so all there could hear. Also really didn't look at the long list of the regular physical therapy exercises or even keep it to add to my chart so all that worked on me had the information. Team Rehabilitation did and it helped greatly in my treatment. I was told I could do all of them but when I asked later about a certain one I was then told not to do that one. I ended my therapy when it came time to be checked and measured to get more appointments approved. It wasn't worth my $40 copay for each visit. I have never done that before but I know what good physical therapy should look like and feel like.
