this place doesnt know what they are doing when it comes to doing taxes this place did my moms…read moretaxes paid them an absurd amount of money only to have her taxes done incorrectly and she had the foot the penalties from the irs and this place refuses to help or admit they messed up on her tax return they told her she owed what was close to about 3k to the irs on her return and she had asked the guy more so this guy name noel if thats all she owes for the year and thats it if there s no other payment she has to pay and he said no thats it so i get the voucher he sends her and print it and send it out to the irs with the payment then the irs comes hounding her for more money like a month or so later so shes confused why she has to pay more so i had to call this guy noel and ask him what happened and whats going on then i tell him i can email him a picture of what was shown in the irs statement so i did and we go back n forth emailing and he just seems so dumbfound and clueless saying oh she owes this and that i told him if he miscalculated her taxes for the year and whenever i get my taxes done i either pay 1 time or get a refund and thats it no other action is needed later down the line and he seems to be just avoiding the question cuz he knows he screwed up so after that he just stopped emailing me and refuses to take responsibility for his own mistakes ... this guy is completely incompetent and needs to take responsibility for his own mistakes but refuses and just ignores u.. for what they charge to do your taxes is completely insane too i wouldn't recommended anybody to these guy and ill have my mom have her taxes done by my tax preparer who will do it for more than half the price of what this dude charges.. this guy is a joke stay away from noel unless u want your taxes done incorrectly and u get penalized for it

I was told it would be only 10 minutes, yet 25 minutes later, I still want seen and the lady was still with another customer. I left to another notary that was available. I showed up today, after calling, to notarize some more documents. I chose this place because I wanted a notary today on short notice and all others were not available. I was told she was available. I arrived and could hear she was with another client. I was told it would be 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, the other client is leaving and now I can be seen. I understand if she has other customers, but an accurate time frame should be provided. The receptionist should not be saying she is available when she is clearly with a client!

I got referred by a close friend that has been going to this place for years. Very professional and they offer competitive rates for simple form taxes. I only had one W2, no dependents, write offs, etc... And was given the lowest rate I've ever been charged in 10 yrs. Their business hours given on their website are the standard M-F from 8-5, however when I called they said they were very flexible and they make appointments as late as 9PM and they were able to see me on a Saturday morning! But we did not understand how drastic the changes would be. We went from getting about $2,000 back per year to owing $6,000!!! We thought that our refund would be very small or that we would about break even. An $8,000 swing is crazy. Tax laws are purposely complicated. I'm not a CPA. I don't understand tax law. That's what I pay Noto for. He's supposed to know these things. I feel that since the changes were so huge in 2018 that he should have given his customers the courtesy of a quick phone call or an e-mail. How difficult would it have been for him to just type a quick e-mail blast to tell everyone to look at changing their deductions? He had a whole year. Did he just not want to deal with the number of customers wishing to schedule appointments to discuss their taxes? I also corrected a mistake he made on one of our returns a few years ago. I remember him chuckling and saying, "Don't tell anybody." Also, I started doing a review program with Best Buy last year. They send me products to test and I review them on their website. I called Noto to ask him about the tax implications of this before starting the program and he told me that if I kept the products to under $5,000 worth for the year I should be OK. I did about $2,000 worth of products and that screwed us. So he was wrong about that also. So I stand by my review. The man is useless and I will NOT be paying for his services again. I know some other customers of his that were also blind-sided by their 2018 taxes and won't be using him either. I am not the only customer he has lost over this.
