    This review is for the service department and ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER BRIAN GALAZ in particular. I made an appointment for a 42000 service for my 2025 Outback. The Premier website lists the services included and one of those services is replacing the front and rear differential oil. As I put a large amount of miles on the car in steep inclines (I frequently drive 2-3000 mile trips through the Blue Ridge Mountains) I specifically asked if this was included in the listed price of $139.99 for the 42000 service. I was told that it was by the woman i spoke with. I specifically repeated that I would be getting an oil change, tire rotation and front/rear differential oil change for $139.99 and again I was told yes. Great price so I booked the service for 4/17/26. I arrived the dealership and was told that the $139.99 only covered the oil change and tire rotation. I explained what I was told and what was listed on their website and the service rep stated that he could do nothing about it. I asked to speak with a manager as I was provided very different information from another Premier Service Rep who I spoke with when making the appointment. Assistant Service Manager Brian Galaz came to speak to me and immediately had an aggressive attitude and cut me off when I was explaining the issue. Mr. Galaz even stated that differential services are not part of the 42000 services they offer implying that I was lying. This service is literally listed on their website so he was the one lying...or just badly uniformed. I explained that I felt this was a "bait and switch" situation and that I would file a complaint with CT DMV if they didn't honor the service/price I was quoted and again expinednthatbInspecifically repeated the services and price I expected booked the appointment. Mr. Galaz refused so I asked for my vehicle back. Mr. Galaz was extremely unprofessional, dismissive and rude in his interaction with me. He's a short man so perhaps he has a bit of a Napoleonic Complex but despite that he should be professional and hear a repeat customer out (I've purchased two vehicles for this dealership) when they are explaining an issue. I did not raise my voice, I did not treat the service rep rudely and in fact related to him that I understood it was not his fault and that he was just trying to do his job. I showed him the Pre Orr website that listed the services (including the front/rear differential oil change) and he said "yeah, we need to change that."

    I have been using Premier Subaru for many years now. I leased my first Subaru from Premier and return for upgrades and service on a regular basis. When I had to return my lease Premier offered me a better deal than other Subaru dealers. The show room is pretty nice with new vehicles and a collection of foreign vehicles displayed as a curiosity. They are unique vehicles. The staff here are always friendly and courteous. The facility is clean, there is a nice green wall in the waiting room and you can get Subaru gear here. Check them out.

It was just for an oil change and tire rotation or "the works" and quoted 86 bucks on my 2022 bronco. I said I need it ready by 4. Well 4 came with no text or call or email.I called and it kept going to a voicemail box that was full. Finally got ahold of sales who put me on hold. The advisor finally picked up and said "yeah its all set and we have to order the parts for the seat belt recall" (I didn't know it had a recall) I asked to pay for it and leave it unlocked with the keys under the matt for when I get there at 530 they say no problem. I was told it was $86 out the door. I get there to pick it up and the bill says $127 with no MPI and no information on the Recall. Also all the Gauges where changed and my MPH was in KM!? I called and complained to their GM? And then got a call the following morning. They said "it takes extra oil" ... (it takes 7qts i most other cars are between 5 and 6 but $40 a Qt then??) I asked why the recall wasnt noted on the papperwork and got "we ordered the part for you" okay so why does nothing say it on my reciept? The past few oil changes i have gone to bob Thomas and "the works package" came to $86 bucks. What's the other 40? I went to brandford Ford out of convenience but never again. They offered me a free oil change for next time and that they would send me the MPI I requested... didn't get the mpi. I'm glad I made it clear I marked my tires and would know if they got rotated including the spare like I requested.

Let me check it out a few times and he put no pressure at all. He even offered to get a cracked lens on the dashboard replaced. It turned out to be more complicated and expensive for Grieco, but Noah and the staff made sure it eventually got done. I would definitely return to Grieco for my next car - especially if Noah is still around!

For some reason, I am constantly getting emails with another person's information. This person is a relative by marriage. She has the same name as I do, but lives in another town and owns a Kia. The paperwork we received after service, and the email I received today, show my daughter as owning a Kia. My daughter does not own any cars. She drives one of my two Legacy's. The last time she went to Premier Subaru, she told them the information in their system was wrong. Unfortunately the staff did NOT fix the problem. The address listed is wrong (we moved nearly four years ago), the email address is wrong on paperwork, the home address is wrong, the owner's name is wrong. This is an ongoing issue, which is why I stopped servicing my vehicles at Premier Subaru. Please Mr. Alvine, can you please put someone in charge of straightening this out and make them held accountable that it be fixed??? If I messed up this bad at work, I would no longer have a job.
