They said it would ship on 3/17 and it didn't go out for another two days.

This review is strictly for the parts department. I ordered an item online and contacted them to make sure it would arrive before my upcoming trip. I asked to please cancel the order if that request could not be met. They assured me that it was in stock and would ship on time. After not receiving shipping confirmation, I reached out a day later for a status check (no response). I asked them again to cancel the order and I would source the part elsewhere (no response). They failed to ship the item for several days, missing the deadline. I had to refuse the package so it would be shipped back to them. After receiving the return, they issued a partial refund to account for shipping costs. This item should not have been shipped at all and now I'm supposed to eat that cost? This could have been easily avoided if they had: 1) Been honest about their item/shipping availability 2) Communicated instead of ignoring messages 3) Shipped when they said they would Poor customer service and poor business practices. UPDATE Looks like I received a response to this review from the business owner (they responded quicker to this than to any email or eBay messages). A response to their response: ---"eBay doesn't give us an option to refund shipping because we have it set up as nonrefundable" Right. YOU have it set to nonrefundable, not eBay. You mean to tell me that you couldn't figure out a way to make this right? ---"You received a full refund in the end" Yes. After writing this review, I filed a claim with eBay and THEY made the refund complete. Not you. ----"Your order shipped well within the ship time eBay and us gave you" I addressed this in my original review, but this is false. I contacted your parts department immediately to make sure it would arrive on time. I asked to cancel the order if it would not ship on time. I was told that it would ship on 3/17 (and it would have arrived on time). It didn't ship until 3/19. ---"FedEx shows delays" Yes, because I called them to refuse the package as I would've been out of town when it arrived (which is why I needed it sooner). Those delays are in the return shipping. You earned this L. Either apologize for the bad experience and say you'll do better or take it and move on.

First when I walk in it took a while for me to get acknowledged the advisors are very unprofessional. Who wears jeans in that position!? I droped off for my appointment at 9am. It was just for an oil change and tire rotation or "the works" and quoted 86 bucks on my 2022 bronco. I said I need it ready by 4. Well 4 came with no text or call or email.I called and it kept going to a voicemail box that was full. Finally got ahold of sales who put me on hold. The advisor finally picked up and said "yeah its all set and we have to order the parts for the seat belt recall" (I didn't know it had a recall) I asked to pay for it and leave it unlocked with the keys under the matt for when I get there at 530 they say no problem. I was told it was $86 out the door. I get there to pick it up and the bill says $127 with no MPI and no information on the Recall. Also all the Gauges where changed and my MPH was in KM!? I called and complained to their GM? And then got a call the following morning. They said "it takes extra oil" ... (it takes 7qts i most other cars are between 5 and 6 but $40 a Qt then??) I asked why the recall wasnt noted on the papperwork and got "we ordered the part for you" okay so why does nothing say it on my reciept? The past few oil changes i have gone to bob Thomas and "the works package" came to $86 bucks. What's the other 40? I went to brandford Ford out of convenience but never again. They offered me a free oil change for next time and that they would send me the MPI I requested... didn't get the mpi. I'm glad I made it clear I marked my tires and would know if they got rotated including the spare like I requested.

I bought a used Forester back in April and had a pretty good experience. Our sales associate Noah…read morewas patient and answered all my questions. Let me check it out a few times and he put no pressure at all. He even offered to get a cracked lens on the dashboard replaced. It turned out to be more complicated and expensive for Grieco, but Noah and the staff made sure it eventually got done. I would definitely return to Grieco for my next car - especially if Noah is still around!
