The builders spent a lot of time shirtless and smoking cigarettes in my backyard. They had to to come back out to our property 3 times within the first two weeks because of issues. Issue #1: They forgot to concrete in 3 posts. Issue#2: They damaged a panel when they were installing it, they noticed this and then proceeded to turn the panel the other direction facing my neighbors house so that we wouldn't notice. My neighbor witnessed them do this. Issue#3 The gate latch ripped completely off of the gate week 1. Issue#4 The gate installed at the back of our yard was not installed properly and would only open about 6 inches. Our fence is now almost 3 years old. The vinyl fencing has many cracks. The company claims that this is normal and to be expected.

Working with Trim It Up was a pleasure and dealing with Emily who keeps the communications flowing and is very responsive. I booked a dryer vent cleaning via their website and then confirmed everything via email. The appointment was set for a 2 hour window. The team arrived on time and gave a call 30 mins beforehand. The vent was definitely dirtier than I expected but the team ensured everything was cleaned off the deck/yard before leaving. Pricing was fair and on par with the estimates I found online. I would recommend this team to anyone needing cleaning, etc. They made the process really easy and I'm excited to have a fully functional vent!

Multiple other drywall companies didn't want to take the job, but Mike took one look and said "That won't be a problem." In addition to the drywall, the painters got everything exactly right. We had been burned by painters in the past who put colors on the wrong walls, etc., and we were nervous that it would happen again. But we were very wrong! Not a single issue with paint location, and there were no drips or bleed onto other walls. I was expecting to pay a lot more for the amount of work that needed to be done, but it was reasonable and Mike gave me the estimate in person on the spot.
