We purchased an older home less than a year ago and had no idea how often the previous owners cleaned the dryer vent. I booked a dryer vent cleaning via their website and then confirmed everything via email. The appointment was set for a 2 hour window. The team arrived on time and gave a call 30 mins beforehand. They were very polite, respectful of our home (and dog), and worked efficiently. The owner was present as well to check on one of the newer technicians. He was really friendly and kind to his staff. The vent was definitely dirtier than I expected but the team ensured everything was cleaned off the deck/yard before leaving. Pricing was fair and on par with the estimates I found online. I would recommend this team to anyone needing cleaning, etc. They made the process really easy and I'm excited to have a fully functional vent! read more

This is a great locally owned company. We wanted our vents cleaned before we moved into our house. They had an issue with their truck and had to reschedule but they were in communication and rescheduled just a few hours later. The technician was friendly and explained the process. They cleaned all of the HVAC system (including a sanitizer) and the dryer in just a few short hours. I will call them again. Our house smelled so fresh and clean when they were finished. read more

MW Air Soultions performed air duct clean 11/5/18. Scheduling was easy and Simon arrived right on time. I was very impressed with the young man's knowledge. He explained exactly what he was going to do and got the job done throughly and in a timely manner. Simon was very personable and answered every question I had to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Midwest Air Solutions. read more

my same review on facebook: The tech that was sent out was very professional and patient. I have 2 dogs, a gentle giant and satan's spawn. He worked very well around my pups which was a big concern of mine. He cleaned up after himself and everything! I've never used a HVAC company so this has raised the bar! Family owned company too was a plus! read more

I purchased a deal through AAA member deals and called to schedule my appointment. I wanted to know how much it would be to add on the dryer vent cleaning and they give you quite a savings if they are already coming out to do another service. They were on time-always an added bonus! Very professional and friendly and they cleaned up everything they did. I would definitely call on them again! read more

A pleasure to do business with from beginning to end. They are easy to schedule with, arrived in a timely fashion, treated my house with much respect, worked hard while performing the task, did a terrific job at cleaning up, and left quickly after completion. Simon, the tech, was informative, kind, had a good sense of humor, and is a master of his craft. Look them up for your vent cleaning needs or if you are missing multiple pieces of Legos or whatever falls into the vents like we apparently were. read more

Simon was very knowledgeable and thorough and made sure the ducts were clean, dryer vent was safe and clean, and furnace was clean so our new home would be ready for us to move into. The air duct system tends to be an afterthought but it is important for it to be clean especially for those of us with allergies and/or asthma. read more

This was a great team of professionals who came into our home and took care of what we needed most - a complete air duct cleaning. We only planned on using what we'd purchased through LivingSocial. However, after careful review (and good upsell), they easily convinced us to just do the whole house, especially since they were already there. They kept everything clean and cleaned up well after. We tried to make them feel at home and they continued to be as professional as possible. We truly enjoyed the professionalism and knowledge of these employees. read more

When calling they don't even talk to you, they push you to a website to schedule appointment then say allow 48 hours to be contacted. Big Thumbs Down for me as a property manager!!! read more

On November 13th, 2012, I purchased (From LivingSocial-by way of AmazonLocal) an Air Duct Cleaning for 12 Vents, One Main, and One Return for $49. The service was to be done by Midwest Air Solutions out of Northern Indianapolis (Zionsville). On the day of service, the owner himself was coming to my home to complete the service. (I've heard from other people who've used this company that he was not who showed up at their home.) He [the owner] explained to my wife that he was not going to complete the service to my home for what I paid for the Voucher. He continues to explain that he would essentially be losing money if he did the service and that I would be wasting his time and mine. . He went on to say that if he did the service he could only do about half that based on the size of my home. After I spoke with him, he said that this kind of service for my size home would run around $800 or so and I shouldn't expect anyone to do that level of work for that kind of price. Again, I explained to him that my voucher clearly states that I would receive Air Duct Cleaning for 12 Vents, One Main, and One return REGARDLESS of the size of my home. In a nutshell, he refused to honor the voucher as it stated, but instead elected to give me a quote to do my duct cleaning (with and without the voucher). The price quoted was actually only around $250 with the voucher, but the damage had already been done. I will no longer use this company and I will tell my fair share of consumers as well. (By the way, his rebuttal to my voucher was that the voucher clearly stated that this was "a dollar amount off the quoted price and I didn't read the fine print, so I'm taking time out of my day to actually write what's exactly on my voucher: MIDWEST AIR SOLUTIONS Air Duct CLeaning for 12 Vents, One Main, and One Return -Sold by LivingSocial Voucher Code: XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX How to use this voucher: 1) To redeem, visit www.mwairsolutions.comscheduling.html 2) Be sure to mention your AmazonLocal deal voucher code 3) Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival 4) Enjoy! Midwest did a great job, arrived on time and did everything they promised they would. Have no problems using them again.

These guys are great! And care about their customers too. My technician Travis was very helpful when after cleaning our dryer vent we had a strange fire smell. He left me instruction to let him know if that went away. He said it would be on his mind if he didn't. I appreciate so much that he cared enough to want to know and make sure that my Family would be okay. Thanks Midwest Air Solutions for a job well done! My dryer is back to drying in a single run too! Love it! ;) read more

In response to Nikki, I did receive a refund and reported your company to them. Your company on its website, facebook and other social media has before and after pictures showing a filthy trunk line then after you cleaned it it was spotless almost looked new. This is what you advertise and what I expected. Shoving an air whip through the runs break some of it loose but not all of it and trying to vacuum the dirt from a different area does not work especially when all the other supply runs are not blocked off. Yes in my professional opinion as a retired HVAC specialist your company is scamming people of their hard earned money by making them think they are getting a great deal on a professional duct cleaning and your company knows that the system you use does not clean the ducts the way you advertise. IMO you are fraudulent and should be investigated. Maybe even set up by one of the investigative reporters like Raphael Sanchez (who lives in Franklin). Which reminds me I Googled and map quested your "service area, my house is .5tenths of a mile outside of it, thanks for not charging me an $85 trip fee. Which was more then the price of the duct cleaning. Buyer BEWARE. read more
