When they started cleaning our house they took stuff they weren't supposed to and also left a bunch of stuff that could've been salvageable if we would have gotten them out of the house. They left their cigarette butts everywhere and even trash from McDonald's. They ended up trashing it more than cleaning it. They did 0 work on the house for about 2 months. When we went to their off site warehouse to go through our valuables we had at least 5 or 6 items that wasn't ours and a bunch of stuff they weren't supposed to take from the house. They admitted to messing up so we just moved on, until they brought us back our stuff after being cleaned and we had another 3 or 4 items that isn't ours. I'm sure we have some stuff missing that we don't know about yet. They then sent my parents a $30,000 bill for a bunch of stuff that they weren't even supposed to take out of the house. Their contractors also can't seem to work within the budget from insurance and led them on a wild goose chase. Trying to make them get rid of things the way they were before. Here we are now, in October working with a different company. I would never recommend this company to someone. 7 months later and it is now taking twice as long because they don't know what they're doing.
