Here's what happened: The local Ford dealership told us our tires were worn. 7/32 tread depth in the front and 6/32 in the rear. I ordered four new Cooper tires from Tetrault. My wife took our car to have the tires installed while i was at work. The manager comes out and asks my wife if we wanted them to put our old tires in our car to take home when they install the new tires as they hadn't installed them yet. My wife was puzzled so she called me and had me talk to the manager. He explained that our tires were like new and figured we were replacing them because they were Michelin CrossClimate2 Grand Touring All-Season Tires and he thought we wanted summer tires and then rotate them back to the Michelins next winter. I told him what the Ford dealership had told me and he said, no our tires are just like new. I asked if he minded if we didn't buy the new tires even though they had them shipped to the shop just for us and they were a special size. He said no problem. I had them balance and rotate our tires.

I wish they had this in the Bay Area when I was living there (don't know if they do now). But it's easy, effortless. They offered a complimentary cold drink with different options (soda, water) and you just stay in your car while they work on it. They do a 33-point check along with the oil change. They also cleaned my windshield and I did not even say anything or request it. Alejandro asked me how my windshield wipers are. They also filled my coolant that was running low. Alejandro also lubed my door hinges and filled my tire pressure. All together I was quoted $112. They have coupons on their website so be on the look out if you want to save money. Alejandro helped me and he was communicative, seemed to know what he was doing, very kind and helpful, and I can tell he is honorable in his work ethic and works hard. A guy also helped with my service and showed me everything they were doing such as new bolts ensuring I know what they will be outI will most likely be coming here if needed during the rest of my time in Humboldt until I move again. This company seems to be honorable, ethical, and hire people with the knowledge and experience to do what they do! Keep up the good work guys! The professionalism, the dedication and integrity, as well as the passion for what you guys do I can see it and I hope you guys continue!
