He was able to immediately assess where the access point was, isolated the rodent, and then sealed off the access point so that nothing could return. I would 100% recommend these guys, they know what they are doing. Ask for Darryl!!!!

If I had a business, I would consider myself really lucky to have such an employee. He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. He'll be back in a week to check on the traps. I have needed a new vapor barrier down there so I will be getting a bid for that as well. All in all, the pricing was fair and the service exceptional. I did not want any poison used as I have dogs that I need to protect. Job well done. Thanks, Sebastian.

I called to ask for more information about their services and they answered all of my questions without any pressure to sign up. I appreciated that they explained in advance which products they would use and gave me a realistic timeline on how quickly we'd see results. Once I signed up, they were able to send someone within a few days. Their service technician Brad showed up right at the start of the 2 hour window and he was truly courteous and professional. He told us which products he was using and how they worked, and gave us a fact sheet as well as some pre-baited traps to use if we saw more ant activity inside the home. He also removed wasp nests and even filled a small hole in the crawlspace vent on the exterior of our house, which I feel was really going above and beyond. After the service was complete, I got an email with all of the details of what was applied and where, which I think is an excellent practice. It's only been a few weeks since the first treatment, but the number of ants inside our home went down pretty quickly and lately we haven't see any at all. I do understand we may see more as the ants move through their life cycle, but I'm really pleased with the results so far.

The service that EcoPest provides seems to be well worth the cost. I think the big thing is that if the monthly service was not adequate, or you need additional pest work done, they'll do it free of charge (if you are paying for the monthly service). If you are experiencing serious pest issues more than once a year, I'd probably think about paying for the monthly service. Pests like rats and carpenter ants can ruin your home, chewing through wood and wires which can cause irreplaceable damage.

Over the summer, we discovered subterranean termites under our bathroom flooring and requested quotes from multiple companies. We chose Pete because we sensed a high level of integrity and trustworthiness when we speaking with him. He was very knowledgeable about termites and explained the extermination process in great detail. He recommended that for the most effectiveness, the best time of year to address our infestation was in the early spring. Pete was very responsive in getting back to us whenever we reached out. His crew was at the job site on time and completed the work on schedule. He did a great job of explaining what they were doing and making sure it was done properly. He also provided guidance on steps we could take to address some of the other pest issues we had been experiencing. We give Pete five stars! We wish all of our contractor experiences could go as smoothly as our project with Pete.

I had been wrestling with repeated, long-term respiratory illnesses. We initially thought we only had one mold spot in our crawl space from a prior bathroom leak wetting our insulation. We suspected that mold may have been contributing to my health issues. Feeling quite ill, and after researching several companies, I spotted New Leaf's owner, Jordan, on a web site ad. I was impressed that he provided his number to contact. I had remembered New Leaf from our relatives, but thought we were outside their service area. Desperate to find a trustworthy company and a solution fast, I called Jordan's number. I explained our situation and his compassionate, caring response convinced me that he was a godsend. I cannot say enough good things about New Leaf. Every experience we've had with them has been above and beyond expectation. When their crew came out to remove our 30-year-old manufactured home insulation, and found it was much, much thicker than they normally encounter and the job couldn't be completed that day, their crew went out of their way to finish the job for us on a day that was not their normal work day, just because they cared about our situation. Jordan worked with us, with great patience, to problem-solve other issues we were having with our home. My health challenges necessitated me staying with friends for several weeks. New Leaf's work made it possible for me to safely move back into a cleaned and sanitized home. New Leaf's prices are completely reasonable and their service is excellent. Jordan is a man of integrity and very knowledgeable. Instead of trying to sell us things we didn't need, he was very honest with us and tried to actually save us money. He went the extra mile to find solutions for us on multiple fronts. We are so grateful to him and to his excellent, professional and very kind staff - for helping us to feel safe and good in our home again.
