The service that EcoPest provides seems to be well worth the cost. I think the big thing is that if the monthly service was not adequate, or you need additional pest work done, they'll do it free of charge (if you are paying for the monthly service). If you are experiencing serious pest issues more than once a year, I'd probably think about paying for the monthly service. Pests like rats and carpenter ants can ruin your home, chewing through wood and wires which can cause irreplaceable damage.

You can tell right away that he takes great pride in his work and in running his business. He took the time to carefully inspect our home, answer all of our questions, and explain everything in detail, making sure my wife and I felt informed and comfortable. His pricing is very fair, and the level of service is above and beyond what we have experienced elsewhere. Morgan is not just an exterminator, he is a small business owner who genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. We truly appreciated the time, care, and professionalism he showed. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. I would recommend Morgan to anyone, whether it is a home or a commercial property, looking for reliable and effective pest and rodent control. Fantastic experience from start to finish!

I would 100% recommend these guys, they know what they are doing. Ask for Darryl!!!!

If I had a business, I would consider myself really lucky to have such an employee. He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. He'll be back in a week to check on the traps. I have needed a new vapor barrier down there so I will be getting a bid for that as well. All in all, the pricing was fair and the service exceptional. I did not want any poison used as I have dogs that I need to protect. Job well done. Thanks, Sebastian.
