He was able to immediately assess where the access point was, isolated the rodent, and then sealed off the access point so that nothing could return. The service that EcoPest provides seems to be well worth the cost. I think the big thing is that if the monthly service was not adequate, or you need additional pest work done, they'll do it free of charge (if you are paying for the monthly service). If you are experiencing serious pest issues more than once a year, I'd probably think about paying for the monthly service. Pests like rats and carpenter ants can ruin your home, chewing through wood and wires which can cause irreplaceable damage.

I called to ask for more information about their services and they answered all of my questions without any pressure to sign up. I appreciated that they explained in advance which products they would use and gave me a realistic timeline on how quickly we'd see results. Once I signed up, they were able to send someone within a few days. Their service technician Brad showed up right at the start of the 2 hour window and he was truly courteous and professional. He told us which products he was using and how they worked, and gave us a fact sheet as well as some pre-baited traps to use if we saw more ant activity inside the home. He also removed wasp nests and even filled a small hole in the crawlspace vent on the exterior of our house, which I feel was really going above and beyond. After the service was complete, I got an email with all of the details of what was applied and where, which I think is an excellent practice. It's only been a few weeks since the first treatment, but the number of ants inside our home went down pretty quickly and lately we haven't see any at all. I do understand we may see more as the ants move through their life cycle, but I'm really pleased with the results so far.

If I had a business, I would consider myself really lucky to have such an employee. He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. He'll be back in a week to check on the traps. I have needed a new vapor barrier down there so I will be getting a bid for that as well. All in all, the pricing was fair and the service exceptional. I did not want any poison used as I have dogs that I need to protect. Job well done. Thanks, Sebastian.

I knew that there were several very large colonies, probably in my yard because I saw evidence of their existence in the seams in my driveway. I was also provided with some traps that I could place in the interior of my house in the kitchen area. Within a day or two the ants were gone. I haven't seen them since. This was all because of the exterior treatments. They didn't have to enter my house at all. I'm so very satisfied and the cost was very reasonable. He recommended that for the most effectiveness, the best time of year to address our infestation was in the early spring. Pete was very responsive in getting back to us whenever we reached out. His crew was at the job site on time and completed the work on schedule. He did a great job of explaining what they were doing and making sure it was done properly. He also provided guidance on steps we could take to address some of the other pest issues we had been experiencing. We give Pete five stars!
