They treated my upper and lower back and neck, but the biggest relief was for a pinched nerve that was so painful I couldn't sleep. They have several different methods for treatment. I've never heard of dry needling until coming here but it was exactly what I needed. I usually don't like getting poked but it's really not bad cuz the needles are super thin and don't go that deep (like a tad bit more than acupuncture). If u have any stubborn problem areas, u gotta come here and try dry needling!! The team is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about their patients. They're also very organized and handled all the insurance details flawlessly. I've already recommended them to friends and family!

Since it has a 5 star rating, I decided to reach out to them and to make my first appointment since they also accepted my health insurance. They have evening appointments so I had a reoccurring appointment every Tuesday & Thursday at 4:45 pm. Their office is located in an area of other office buildings and right off of Little River Turnpike on the 1st floor of the suite. I love how I never have to wait and usually they take me before my appt time, this is very important to me so I appreciate it! Dr. Timothy Yun is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Yun took time to address my needs and provided me useful exercises and tools. I love how engaging and friendly the staff is! I appreciate the various conversations with the Doctor & staff made it very enjoyable experience. They also have another office located in Centreville, VA in which they are also open on Saturdays. I can vouch for the 5 stars on Yelp, it is well deserved! And yes, of course, I recommend them!

I have been here several times now and have worked with all the therapists so I am more then ready…read moreto share my wonderful experience at this location. I had a 2-level cervical spinal fusion with rare complications, so I am very special to say the least, lol. First off, let me start by saying I am already familiar with Inova Physical Therapy because my son had to have PT for a pulled hamstring, and we used the Fairfax/Prosperity location. The PTs were great with him and he especially really liked Josh, but the office manager was consistently so rude to clients & staff that it was enough to make me not want to go back there ever again, even though it is a bigger facility (side-note: she's so awful that she is negatively referenced in their location's reviews several times)! Now for the awesome Annandale location: This is my first experience with the Annandale location and I absolutely love it! The facility is clean, and being located inside the Audrey Moore Rec Center gives them the luxury of access to the gym as well as the swimming pool for aquatic therapy. There is plenty of parking and plenty to do; whether you're by yourself or someone comes with you. The actual PT room itself is very intimate & there are never more than 2 clients overlapping at a time. I have had the pleasure of doing my PT with Vanessa, Katie, and Spencer, all of whom are wonderful. Vanessa did my initial evaluation and could not have been any sweeter; Katie is extremely knowledgeable in the different modalities of therapy & Spencer is highly trained to do dry-needling. All three of them are genuinely so kind, caring, and considerate. They really take their time to get to know you, your situation, and your specific needs. They tailor everything they do, every step of the way and constantly modify to ensure you're reaching your goals at a comfortable, pain-free pace. From beginning to end, they are very thorough and clearly explain everything to you, giving you an understanding of what's going on and how it will affect your body and its healing. I could not be more pleased with my progress so far and am always happy to go see them. I really feel so good when I leave; both mentally & physically. If you need PT or are in anyway apprehensive about PT, look no further, this is most definitely the place to go!

This time I stayed within the Inova system and looked for five stars among the Inova PT centers on Yelp. Inova PT Annandale was the only one with five stars. It is a very small facility but the staff is well equipped, educated, professional, respectful, with a great sense of humor. Spencer and Katie encourage their patients while learning PT. Dominique is always welcoming and helps with scheduling, insurance, and payments. I appreciate receiving a personal home program from the therapists at each visit. After ten visits twice a week, Spencer believes I am doing well enough to just come once a week and continue with the home program.

I did have to reschedule a few times and they were so nice about it. My main treatment was with Andrew, and I was very happy with his methods and treatment. I kind of stumbled into it based on a suggestion from an acquaintance that I check it out because it was convenient. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and their attitude and dedication -- hard work, mixed with good humor and a can-do attitude. From the moment I walked in the door, Sheryl, the receptionist communicated more interest in how they could help me than in where the insurance money was coming from. She is a lovely person and keeps the place running smoothly. My primary therapist was Christina, and she is wonderful and not for sissies -- willing to push, which is very much what is needed for a joint injury -- but always with a reinforcing, non-critical approach to treatment. I also worked with Ann Marie, also a very dedicated therapist. She is a specialist in treating people with neurological challenges, whether due to stroke, MS, or other causes, and I observed how kind and patient she was with people facing those challenges, while refusing to sugar-coat her advice. Nicholas works part-time, and I also felt like I was in good hands with him, although I did not work with him very much. The place is not huge -- just the 2.5 therapists -- and the treatment feels very personal. I almost never had to wait for my appointment. The ambiance is cheerful -- large windows on two sides of the space let in lots of light. The background music is appealing instead of annoying and not crazy-loud. All of the needed equipment is efficiently arranged. I bought a couple of small and inexpensive PT items, at my own request; no one pushes you to buy anything. They also are happy to tell you where else you might want to buy an item you'd like for home exercise, for example, if you can find it on Amazon. Overall, I would recommend this place unreservedly. Great staff, and I always felt more encouraged and motivated walking out the door than I'd felt walking in. They also were happy to answer any follow-up questions after I had "graduated."

Speaking of staircase, if you have disabilities with climbing steps, this place might not be for you. I met with Lilly today and she informed me the cost of doing business starts at $60 for half an hour and $80 for one hour. The first room on the left is set up for Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai and Ashiatsu massage (Originating from the Japanese word "ashi" (foot) and "atsu" (pressure). I heard the sounds of water being turned on and one lady getting ready to shower. Another lady sounded like she had just finished showering and is getting her day started. Lilly was dressed in a pink skirt an her wet hair was combed back. She had a pleasant smile on her face as she greeted me warmly. Not a bad way to start the day off. The inside of the establishment was dark, but not like some of the places I saw in Seattle Washington. I was lead to a room on the right around the corner from the showers. The room looked comfortable, but I wasn't ready to pay $80 for a hour massage at the time. Especially when a $65 an hour massage was about 15 minutes away. I declined to get a massage at the time and Ms. Lilly did not take this personally. I will be sure to try them out at a later date. I will be thrilled to write about the massage experience. Hope this information helps for the time being.
