I explained that I had previously had the exact same design printed at another Office Depot location without any issues, but she was unwilling to explore any alternatives or provide further assistance. Feeling that the matter was not going to be resolved, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I then went to the Office Depot in Montebello, where the staff reviewed the same design and completed the order without hesitation or any issues. The difference in customer service and knowledge between the two locations was noticeable. I left the Montebello location satisfied, but my experience at the Temple City store was disappointing and frustrating.

She continues to say that's why appointments are booked a week in advance (I'm not sure why we were only given a days notice). We find a new day to book and the two hour window she gave us for next day delivery became an eight hour window. In the end she called the day before our delivery and gave us a two hour window. Overall we are happy with our purchase but not thrilled with the customer service from the woman who scheduled the delivery.
