These guys rock! My…read moreradio lost the ability to provide AM/FM two years ago. I felt that with free satellite and CD's, I would be OK. NOPE! My Wrangler just cut me off from outside communications. The audio part I could handle. My Bluetooth, not so much. I took it to the dealer and was told that the best I could do would be a reconditioned unit at a base of $450.00. Pricey, especially for a previously abused unit. I've used Darylls in the past and thought "why not?". Let's give them a call. $392.00 for a brand new unit. Touch screen. All sorts of stuff that will take me months to figure out. They also paired my cell with the unit!!! The $392.00 is the final cost. Taxes, cables, install....all included. Very happy. I do have instructions manuals - which I will never use. Very happy with the product. I will figure it out someday. Looks cool. And I may not answer my fone for a bit. Perfection takes time.

As I walked in the bald guy sitting behind the counter, looks at me and just lift his head in a manner to ask me what I need. Doesn't greet me doesn't say how can I help you? Nothing, almost like I interrupted his TikTok time. They looked at each other, kind of scratched their head and said they couldn't help me. The person at the counter should not be customer facing. Not saying everyone there is like that, but I certainly didn't get the warm and fuzzy feeling that they would want my business. ‍

I ordered the bike from far away, and I never visited Kustom Workz in person, which meant that there was a lot that could have gone wrong. Fortunately, nothing did, and credit goes to KW for that. Joe was the person who helped me, mostly via email but also over the phone. He was excellent at keeping in touch and letting me know what was going on. The bike was shipped as promised on time and well crated. Friendly, helpful communication including a follow-up to make sure everything was received in good order. I had an good experience purchasing a motorcycle from Kustom Workz, and I do recommend them.

Bought the rider's adventure seat for my Royal Enfield Himalayan over the internet on a weekend…read more Seat was shipped first thing Monday morning and arrived as promised. Liked the seat and went ahead and ordered the pillion adventure seat the next week during business hours. Wasn't even an hour later and I already had an e-mail saying the seat has shipped. Only regret is I should have ordered both seats at once to save on shipping but that's not the shop's problem--I wanted to make sure I liked the first seat before ordering the second so that's all on me. Overall excellent service and I will definitely be purchasing here again.

They aren't the cheapest everytime... and they shouldn't be. You get what you pay for guys! Avoid that chop shop on the Blvd. Shattered my windshield trying to tint a banner and wanted me to use my insurance to replace it. And they cut into my seals around my windows when fitting the tints. Imperfections in the roll itself... instead of going back for free(what they owed me) i just went elsewhere and paid out of pocket. Worth it. They guys installed 2 amps. Components front and rear. Stealth box for an F150 with W3. Starter Alarm from compustar and the Droid starter system. NO COMPLAINTS. THANK YOU DARYLLS

I contacted Mark to report the problem, but he responded in a rude manner, referring to my vehicle as "the piece of shit Lexus is on the phone" . Regrettably, the other gentleman who assisted me also failed to install the temperature control on the dashboard. Despite these setbacks, the technician successfully resolved the issue without any further complications. Regrettably, the rudeness and disrespect displayed by Mark during the phone call overshadowed the overall positive experience. However, I believe Mark is the owner of Daryl's car audio system.
