My Wrangler just cut me off from outside communications. The audio part I could handle. My Bluetooth, not so much. I took it to the dealer and was told that the best I could do would be a reconditioned unit at a base of $450.00. Pricey, especially for a previously abused unit. I've used Darylls in the past and thought "why not?". Let's give them a call. $392.00 for a brand new unit. Touch screen. All sorts of stuff that will take me months to figure out. They also paired my cell with the unit!!! The $392.00 is the final cost. Taxes, cables, install....all included. Very happy. I do have instructions manuals - which I will never use. Very happy with the product. I will figure it out someday. Looks cool. And I may not answer my fone for a bit. Perfection takes time.

When I got there for my appointment the ladies at the front desk for absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, welcoming, and went over everything! It's a plus that it's right by the mall so there's tons to do in walking distance while you wait. If you don't want to walk around though they do have a nice little waiting area inside. I was scheduled to have my car dropped off at 9:30am, anticipating it to be gone for the entire day. They gave me the option to upgrade my basic starter (but I opted not to.) They said to come around before they were scheduled to close if they didn't give me a call beforehand, but instillation for it didn't take any longer than 5 hours. They called me at about 2:30pm and I went to pick it up at 4. Like a breeze! The guys here were very kind, straight to business. As a woman I didn't feel undermined in the slightest, as I have in the past when dealing with automotive business. Thanks, Darrylls! I'm definitely recommending their services to people I know!

I took a custom made piece of leather into them to attach to an emergency handle bracket and…read moreinstall like it was from the factory. I showed the installer exactly how it was supposed to go on. When I came to pick it up the guy installed it backwards. When I showed him his mistake he refused to believe he screwed it up even though I showed him it wouldn't work in the car. My custom made leather was ruined from his trimming, stapling and gluing. That cost me close to $200.00. No apologies or admitting he did wrong. Only gave me the $40 back for installation after I threw a fit. I would never recommend this company for this type of work. This particular guy was a hack.
