The service department has terrible customer service. Poor communication. They wont respond to your questions. I was only in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection, which was all covered under the jeep wave membership. I'm not convinced a full inspection was actually done. I got a 6 second video of my tires. That's it. Don't even bother complaining to the service manager, because you'll get ignored. And don't expect a complimentary car wash either. I'm a disabled veteran who bought a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 from Premier Companies in June 2022, and it turned into a nearly three-year ordeal that I wouldn't wish on anyone. The trouble started right after the purchase. Premier told me I wouldn't owe sales tax because of my veteran exemption, which felt like a relief at the time. But shortly after, they said I had to file for an abatement to get the tax back, which forced me to take out a second loan while the first one was supposed to be unwound. That first loan was never properly closed, and no one told me it was going into default--even though I was diligently paying the second loan, which was the correct one. This mix-up hit my credit hard, making it impossible for me to get a VA home loan, something I was counting on for stability. The stress from this alone was overwhelming, and I eventually had to start anxiety and sleep medication to cope with the constant worry about my finances and the fear of losing my truck. Then things got worse. Premier lost my vehicle title, which they're required by Massachusetts law to send to the lienholder, Chrysler Capital, within 30 days of the purchase. They didn't, and 18 months later, Chrysler Capital called me, asking for power of attorney to retrieve the title on my behalf because Premier wasn't responding to their repeated requests. I couldn't believe a dealership could be so negligent, leaving me and the lienholder without the title for so long. I took matters into my own hands and got a duplicate title from the RMV in February 2024, hoping to resolve the issue. But a few months later, I discovered someone had applied for another duplicate title. I didn't make that application, and the signatures on those documents weren't mine. Premier could've reached out to me to sign the paperwork and get the title to the lienholder, but instead, a signature appeared as if by magic, which felt very suspicious. When I confronted them, they acted like nothing was wrong, brushing off my concerns completely. I went to the RMV and got a copy of the check used for that transaction, and it was paid by Premier Companies. For almost two years, neither I nor the lienholder had the title--it was a mess. The RMV is now investigating and plans to restore my original title, but the damage is done. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle. Premier's negligence caused me significant financial loss, credit damage, and emotional distress. I've asked them to fix the title, repair my credit, and compensate me for my losses and distress, but they haven't responded. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews. I had a great experience today buying a used jeep from Giovanni. I had been getting frustrated looking elsewhere for a vehicle and dealing with super aggressive sales folks. This was an entirely different experience. I spoke with Giovanni on the phone this morning and he answered some questions about the jeep. I was comparing 2 similar jeeps for purchase and he was very professional and knowledgeable. We then discussed my trade in and I sent photos and title and he called back with a fair offer. When i arrived I was greeted by Giovanni. He offered me a drink and had the car ready to go for a test drive while his colleague inspected my trade-in. I then met with Andrew the business manager and went over the paperwork and options, again sharing knowledge, but no aggressive sales technique. Then I met with Rich, very knowledgeable, who went over all of the vehicle features and set up my phone and navigation. While this was happening they registered my vehicle and transferred my plates. I had an appointment at 9am for a free 40 point inspection, oil change, car inspection sticker and 4-wheel alignment. I edited my appointment online as the starting price, with a drivability concern, and took off the drivability concern. They initially tried to charge me close to $7000 for the work, then dropped it to $3600 for oil cooler and upper and lower gaskets and a thermostat and coolant with the total cost of labor being $984. They were kind and offered me a valet home. I left my house keys on my car keys and decided I did not want to do the work with them because the price as too high. They charged me $170.00 for "diagnostic" which is what I had deleted online. THEY ALSO LEFT ANOTHER CUSTOMERS KEYS IN MY CAR "KUCHOVA" which I kindly brought back, of course. I called to speak to the manager to make sure I wasn't being charged for someone else's car diagnosis and was told that they "don't see where this conversation is going" after I misunderstood why I was being charged. I left at 2:00pm. The appointment was at 9:00am and from 9:00am - 2:00pm NO WORK was done at all on the vehicle. I am so thankful I will not be returning to this place again. I have had NO ISSUES driving my car and all of a sudden I had a plethora of things wrong with it - they showed me a video of oil leaking everywhere. I was JUST THERE back in June for a yearly check-up and I left with my engine light on because they got oil on the O2 meter. Every single time - what a TOTAL waste of the day - I do not trust this company in anyway whatsoever. For example, I was told my wheel was not spinning - how on earth did I drive it there? I have been a customer there for several YEARS and bought my car with them. Total lack of honesty, respect, professionalism and transparency. The manager should be fired. read more

It appears that the only decent reviews you can find here are all about their sales department, which says a lot about their service department and their shady business practices. I have many stories to share about how difficult it is to schedule service, and the fact that in order to speak to a service advisor, you have to make prayers and hope for miracles. However, the best part is that if your car is under warranty, make sure you review your warranty coverage, because otherwise they will charge you instead of the manufacturer. In short, there is no service department, if anything this is a department, the service does not exist. Once I started taking my car to Dodge in Falmouth is when I noticed the gigantic difference in SERVICE, prices, and TRANSPARENCY. I repeat the last part so it sticks...TRANSPARENCY. The good news is that they are big enough that they don't need my business, and they made that very clear. Funny enough, if you look at some of the 5start reviews you can tell some were probably posted by their own staff (LOL). read more

I have dealt with the BMW crew at Premier 4 times... Twice on a misdiagnosis on my 2013 X5 during vacation. A short fix turned into another pull over to the side of the road overheating situation. Made me wonder if the road tested the X5 at all... After another $1200 today it is still running fine... The two other adventures have been the usual "we have the car you wanted and now we don't"... pretty typical for all car dealers, this is what makes car buying a horrible experience! I get it, inventory ebbs and flows, but when they take your deposit and you arrange for insurance the week of the pick up????? So like most dealership, they are who we thought they were! THIS DEALER NO LONGER SERVICE JEEPS PURCHASED AT OTHER JEEP DEALERSHIPS !!!!!! I am an owner of a 2020 Jeep Wrangler which has been serviced by Premier Jeep for approximately two years. I had an appointment which I made over a month ago to have my rear window defroster repaired for the 4th time. My appointment was scheduled for Oct 27th. On the morning of Oct 26, I contacted the service department to confirm the appointment and I informed the service advisor I would drop the Jeep off the night before, leaving the keys in the drop box. The advisor told me no problem. An hour later, I received an email confirming my appointment. Then a few Hours later, I got a call from a Premier representative, informing me that Premier Jeep would no longer be servicing any Jeep that wasn't purchased from the Premier Jeep dealership. Canceling my appointment one day before the service date is unacceptable and bad for customer relationships. This leads  me to ask, why would I ever (or anybody else) choose to purchase a vehicle from Premier? I tried to contact Premier Jeep for a better explanation, but no one answers the phone! Finally, after calling non stop for close to an hour, I was told somebody would call me back for some explanation. NO CALL BACK ! I tried calling them again and finally got through, and another person promised I would get a call back. As of now, no call back! read more

HAD an appointment for my 2017 Ram Promaster Van, scheduled over 5 weeks ago, canceled this morning via an email, at 8:14, after receiving a text message confirming the appointment, on Monday. Took day off, to arrange for this down time. I called the service dept, getting their answering machine, requesting a call back as to why this was the case. No return call yet. I called again, just now, finally getting someone, I believe Kayla?. She looked up appointment, and stated that the service manager canceled the appointment, based upon a policy he made last week, stating that they no longer service any vehicles not purchased there. I asked to be transfered to her manager, resulting in another answering machine. I have a Pro Service Plan on this vehicle, informing me that the vehicle can be serviced anywhere in the country, at an expedited time table, since it is a commercial vehicle. Will be formally contacting corporate shortly. Truely sad, since me and my wife have purchased 4 vehicles from this company, under a couple of their dealerships, here on Cape Cod, over the last 7 years. We bought out 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan a year ago and we are very pleased with the vehicle. Just got back from a trip to Arizona and California. It is a super vehicle and great on trips. Russ was our salesman and he we terrific too. It have had the oil changed twice and the service department is convenient and efficient. The waiting area is clean and modern with free coffee and snacks and free WiFi. I will definitely consider Premier when we need a new car. read more

Terrible service. Bought my car from these guys years ago and purposely do not bring it back there because I never get a call back. I had to bring it to a dealer so I regrettably brought it to this dealer and they told me one day for service so I took one day off of work (came from Boston) called all day and no response or call back. Finally they called me back and told me it would be another day. Why make an app for one day if this is the case? Whats the point of an appoitment ? Unfortunately had to bring it back again for a part that was ordered already and it legit took all day when I was told it would take a few hours. Couldn't get a call back all day either. Had multiple poor experiences with the service department here and would not recommend them. We have a 2014 Jeep Wranger Unlimited with 21k miles on it. We brought the vehicle in December of last year for an under warranty noise complaint on the brake servo. Premier had the vehicle for two weeks and was unable to diagnose this basic concern. Because the vehicle is used only seasonally it was several months before we could send them a video demonstrating the noise concern again. At this point the vehicle only had 1,000 more miles on it, but it had timed out on the warranty. We asked them to goodwill (have the factory pay for) the repair since it was present when the vehicle was under warranty, under their care, and it was factory defect. They refused to to do so, claiming that 1.) their goodwill funds were limited 2.) they only goodwill repairs on vehicles they sell and 3.) that they charge a $100 deductible for goodwill claims. After checking with another Jeep dealership (that, even though we didn't purchase or service the vehicle with them, was willing to process this claim) we found out a.) Jeep doesn't limit goodwill claims b.) dealers are allowed to goodwill any vehicles not just the vehicles they sell and c.) that Jeep doesn't charge a deductible on goodwill repairs and that the dealer gets paid 100% of their normal parts and labor charges. I'm very disappointed with both dishonesty and their policy, which is anti-consumer. Our concern was escalated to the service manager (Daniel), general manager, and owner, but they refused to listen to the concern. read more

Always a 2 week wait for an appoint and then they tell you it's a drop off Appt. You will have to do without your vehicle for the day. I'm giving this dealership 1 star for their service... But in all fairness I really like their sales department & would rate them 4 stars. The service department gets a one star. When I brought my Jeep in for an inspection sticker they dinged my hood, but they fixed it promptly and were very apologetic. The next oil change went fine, but the oil was overfilled. Last week I tried to make an appointment over the phone and confirmed the date and time, but then I received an email with a completely different date and time? So I cancelled it. The next day I walked into the dealership to make the service appointment and their "greater" was on the phone ordering lunch for what sounded like the whole office? I was totally ignored and I walked to the back to the dealership grabbed a couple of waters and walked out. On my third attempt to make an appointment - I made a morning appointment and arrived five minutes early. The same dope that was on the phone ordering sandwiches the week before... had me wait in the waiting room for 15+ minutes? I was just about to walk out of the dealership forever when they came and apologized for the wait. In about an hour my jeep was back out front and I drove off. When I arrived home, I checked the oil & found it overfilled and not clean... which indicated to me that the oil was either not drained completely, or they didn't change the filter element. I get a full synthetic oil change at the dealership which runs a touch over $80.00 I was very disappointed to say the least. I almost have to laugh when I think of the service department asking me to give them a top rating if Jeep called... anything less than a perfect score of 10 is unsatisfactory. Are they kidding rate the dealership a 10 it would be a gift to give them half that. Very disappointed I'm heading off Cape to Quirk for my next service. read more

I wanted to copy it to this page as well: I was reluctant to come here (Premier) because of an experience I had had several years ago when this dealership and this owner, Joe Laham, were still in the dealerships original location in Sandwich, took advantage of my grandmother. Her car had a fouled spark plug, and was still under warranty. It was a very simple fix, but I was working and had no time to do it then myself for her. I dropped it off there and noted the mileage. I always note mileage, habit, I am a professional driver. When they called me to pick up the car I had dropped off on Friday to tell me it was ready on Monday, I noticed there were an additional 500 miles on the odometer. An interesting 10 minutes promptly followed my observation. First I was told it was a test drive. Then, I was told a mechanic had been given permission to take the car home for the weekend. But not which mechanic. 500 miles and without the owners knowledge or permission is unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Not a test drive which was the first claim that actually fell out of their mouth. I could have pressed charges. (500 miles is roughly a round trip, Hyannis to Manhattan, just for scale). This was in 2005 or so. A few days ago,(Years ago now) having interest in a specific Jeep I saw in the lot, I reluctantly went into the showroom to inquire. While I was there, an older, neatly dressed gentleman was speaking with a salesman. Another salesman approached them and said loudly, "Don't talk to him, he does not have any credit". I was horrified and shocked. That poor man was so embarrassed. I left. I wish I had pressed criminal charges years ago. Find somewhere else to buy your Jeeps, folks. Any Premier brand on the Cape. All owned by the same guy who screwed my grandmother, and treats anyone or allows his employees to treat anyone with such disrespect as was shown to that customer should be ashamed. read more

My fiance dropped her jeep off for a oil change. She got it home and we loaded up the dog to head to her parents, as i was driving all the dash lights started coming on, check engine, low oil, other stuff flashing and going crazy, well i said maybe i should pull over and take a look, i get out and there is oil pouring out from under the engine so i shut it down. Not just a drip either. Hot ass day, with a german sheperd in the car. We had to call for a tow and had it dropped off at premier. They tell us that there was a faulty o ring/oil filter. Really? more like your idiot mechanic forgot to take the old o ring off and then put the new filter on, or didnt put a o ring on at all. They said they would come clean the oil mess in our driveway the next day, send him rite out. well no show, so i had to call and complain, almost a week later a kid shows up to clean and was blown away by what he saw in my driveway. What a freaking mess. And it never cleaned up, still an oil slick everytime it rains and a huge stain all over my driveway when dry. Looks horrible. Bunch or incompetent idiots up there that no nothing about an oil change. Never ever have an oil change done there. What a joke. Luckily i was smart enough to pull over and look she would have probably continued driving and seized up her engine all because of a simple oil change! Morons read more

Tried to purchase a vehicle from Premier last year and got the run around for weeks. I ended up purchasing a vehicle off Cape. I now have a Manufacturer Recall on my Jeep and I called the service department. The first question they asked was if I purchased from them. When I told them no, they said that they could not schedule service appointment for recall until 2 months from now!!! They advised that I go back to where I purchased my vehicle off Cape. I then called Jeep dealer in Falmouth - no questions asked as to where I purchased it and got an appointment for next week. Be assured that when I need regular service or repairs I will never ever call Premier nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from them. read more

AWFUL Whew what a terrible experience. Started out okay, Shaun was my service writer. informed me that my 2014 jeep grand Cherokee with 61k miles needed a new transfer case, and even filed the claim for me. I dropped my car off on March 30th and did not pick it up until may 20th. During this process Shaun and the service department was nearly impossible to get ahold of. I had to call and leave multiple voicemails or go in person to check on the status of my vehicle every time, while doing so Shaun would tell me the warranty company had sent my transfer case but every time I inquired about the status of it I got "yeah still haven't heard anything from them" I finally got fed up and started calling the warranty company myself on may 10th (like I should have in the beginning but I had trust in the dealership) to find out that my transfer case had been delivered on April 19th (3 weeks prior) and every time I would ask about the status of my vehicle I was being bullshitted. Once I found this out and finally got ahold of the dealership again Shaun was quick to ensure me that he had eyes on my transfer case and that my car would be in the shop that day...after I picked the car up I got on the interstate and the car started shaking terribly and what I assume was the transfer case motor was ticking like crazy AFTER NEARLY TWO MONTHS AT THE DEALERSHIP! I pulled over on the interstate, thought about whether I wanted to go back through this terrible experience again or not. I drove straight to CarMax and explained my issue. They gave me $4k above payoff and I had a fantastic experience. Beware of this place especially if you're having warranty work done. I realize that warranty work is last priority at dealerships but they could have at least been upfront about it and I would've been just fine with waiting. Not to mention Jeeps kind of suck. read more

Yesturday I was highly disappointed with the service my husband and I recieved. After being harassed by the sales reps due to me browsing the inventory online, I agree to go in and see what they have available. Not only did the rep not recall I was coming in but I was shown a jeep older and more miles then my trade in and left standing outside for over 15 minutes. Please note it is winter here on Cape so gusting winds and cold. Meanwhile several others had been offered to not only have a seat inside but also offered a beverage or a bag of chips. Needless to say we left with out even seeing a vehicle that made sense. No need for a down grade thanks why show me something way under my price range. Biggest problem I had was the pricing. $385 to fix 1 tire rod and ball joint...I just grinned and bared it considering that it needed to get done. But I decided to leave my car at the dealership to get done quicker and took their loaner car. Got the call that my car was ready 7 hours later, took the loaner car back, got charged $30 (for 7 hours!) and in addition to the fees, you get a $5 fee tacked on for them to dispose of your parts when they're working on your car!! But at least I was told that I should be glad it's under $600!!! Customer service was okay, but not the best I've ever seen. To put it frank, the prices and the okay service is what's going to take me somewhere else to get my stuff done to my car. I can get cheaper and better service elsewhere! read more

Before you consider bringing your vehicle to Premier, consider three things: your wallet, your sanity, and whether or not you want to drive a reliable vehicle. 1) First, I was told that they charge around $200 for a diagnostic fee. When I balked at that, the woman told me that fee is part of the repair cost as long as I have Premier perform the repair. As I found out later, this was not true! The diagnostic fee was tacked on to the total cost of the repair as a separate charge. That's ludicrous! I understand paying for a diagnostic fee IF I take the vehicle elsewhere. But reputable repair shops will wipe out that charge as long as they are the ones who perform the repair. Keep in mind, Premier does not! 2) When all is said and done, I paid hundreds more for a repair than off-Cape Jeep dealerships charge. Hundreds more for the same parts, which should take the same amount of time to install! The folks at Premier could not explain why. The manager just shrugged and said "That's what we charge." 3) I was told several times, both on the phone and in person, that certain parts were included in the repair. They were not. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the customer service rep reassured me that the parts in question had been replaced. It was only when I looked over the invoice and spoke to a manager that I realized this was untrue. Instead of giving me a break on the price, I was told that the person I'd spoken to had made a mistake. It was their employee who made the mistake, not me, but I ended up paying more and getting less. I would NOT have agreed to pay the sky-high price if I'd known what I was getting. I consider this a bait and switch. They did nothing to remedy the situation. On top of that, their mechanic broke two plastic hose clamps while "fixing" my vehicle. I took photographs of this and sent it to them. They never responded! 4) They did not fix the problem the first time around. When I brought the vehicle back to them the second time, I was not surprised when they "discovered" additional problems. This was a week later! Somehow they missed these other problems a week earlier. More than $2,000 later, and I no longer felt my Jeep was reliable. In the end, I purchased a brand new vehicle... NOT from them! I drove 50 or so miles off-Cape to find a reputable Jeep dealer. There's no way in Hades I would give Premier my hard-earned cash for a new vehicle. I just don't trust them to stand by their work if something goes wrong. I know several others on the Cape who drive Jeeps, and I've been warning them away from Premier. Look at some of the other reviews and ask yourself if it's worth the hassle... or the cost! read more

I brought my 2006 Jeep Wrangler to be serviced after being rejected for a sticker due to engine light being on. It was otherwise fine. First appointment cost $2000+ and engine light came right back on. It was in the shop several days. I brought it back 3 more times for the same problem. Each time it returned. On the 3rd time not only did engine light come right back on within 20 miles but my $350 Garmin GPS and cord was missing, my center console was emptied on my passenger seat. They did give me a loaner car each time after my first trip in. The service department manager called me after my complaint, assured me they would solve the engine light situation and told me none of his staff would steal the gps. I didn't expect he would say "of course my staff stole it" He said he would review film of parking lot as perhaps it was stolen while in lot. I said should have been locked, nothing else disturbed. Whoever took it knew it was there. Week later I have heard nothing back. This was the second negative experience with this service department. The first being headlight that they took two visits to fix and ordered incorrect parts for. Said it was all fixed. I got in and started car to leave...nope headlight not working still!!! Geeze My fault should have learned. Oh he told me "jeep wranglers are easy to break into" as reason why it could have happened in parking lot. Not a great selling point! I am planning to buy a car in next 9-12 mos. Probably a jeep Cherokee. Won't be going to this dealership! Woman who waited on my each time was great. Michelle. 4/25/2021 Premier Jeep has no concept of customer service. Try calling the service dept. I have never once connected with an agent. Your must leave a msg and wait 3-4 HOURS for a return call. When my Jeep was new, I called for a maintenance appt. First question put to me was whether I purchased the car at their dealership. I had not. Premier stated I would have to wait til later in the week because they take their own customers first. The latest fiasco was my 3 year old jeep has a leak in the radiator on the top seam. Defective part, right? Not covered, says Premier. Call Chrysler Care. The phone number, written by the service rep, gave me an 800 number trying to sell me a medical device. Really. Meanwhile, after finding Chrysler Care phone number on my own, that rep stated the radiator is covered, created a case number and instructed me to call Premier again. Once again, I called Premier to give them the case number. I will, however,  no longer wait by the phone for Premier cust svc to call back. There was a message on my phone 2.5 hrs after my call. Very poor customer service from Michelle. I was told I would have a loaner car and even called to confirm this the day before my appointment. I had no loaner car and Michelle tolled her eyes back at the very thought of Premier giving a loaner out. I was pressured to sign a contract for a simple oil change multiple times when I had a few questions then threatened if I didn't sign off the staff would be going to lunch and I would have to wait even longer. Today was a huge waste of time but a lesson that this Jeep dealership has their own agenda and customer service is not part of that. read more

Bought (2) vehicles this summer 2105 Jeep Wrangler 4-door 2015 Challenger RS As always the service was spot on and the price was as good or better than off-Cape. Paperwork was ready to go and the whole process was fast and efficient. Traded (2) vehicles that I also bought from Premier and the value met or exceeded my expectations. I normally do not write reviews, but feel compelled to warn folks about this dealership. The sales department was typical sales, Finance was awesome and customer service is worse than sales. Unfortunately I purchased my vehicle right when the MA state inspection debacle was going on.... The story starts with leaving work early on a Monday to go get my registration and inspection sticker, well got the registration but my Jeep failed the MA state inspection b/c service unplugged the battery at some. Ok, fine, I will drive around and come back in a few days. Come back Wednesday to find out the system is down statewide....Wait and watch the news and call the dealership several times leaving several messages to NEVER be called back. Now we are a month into me driving around with a "R" sticker on my windshield and I send an email asking if I would be reimbursed if I got my inspection sticker somewhere else...Not 5 minutes later my salesperson called me. He also stated his manager emailed me back too which was a lie, it wasn't even in my junk email folder asshat...I am told that they only do inspection stickers as a courtesy and initially they would not reimburse me, but if I came in they would bring my Jeep up the street to be inspected, but I would again have to leave work early to accommodate them. Where is the customer service here folks.... Now, having worked previously in the customer service industry, I do know that not every customer is right, but you still treat them with respect, do your best to accommodate them and never speak in a tone that reflects your annoyance with them. Needless to say, I will be getting my inspection elsewhere and that "paperwork" that was sent to me in error by my old loan company, well I will get that to the dealership at some point when it is convenient to me... read more

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. They charge thousands more than off Cape dealerships and their service department is terrible. 3 out of 5 of my experiences here have been a nightmare. Currently my truck is still in the lot broken down and not even looked at in over a week. The MVP service contract I purchased wasn't honored and they overbooked service appointments forcing me to miss work and return on a different date for service. When I returned for an oil change they forgot to put my dipstick and oil cap on. I would also like to point out the fact that if a $50K+ truck didn't constantly break down I wouldn't have to visit the service department so often. DONT BUY A RAM and if you must, DONT USE PREMEIR RAM! read more

In 2017 My wife and I purchased a 2017 Jeep Rubicon Recon. We started at Premier Jeep in Hyannis, they would not come close to off Cape prices and we felt that they just didn't care, so we took our business off cape with the intention of having it serviced close to home, Big mistake! The Rubicon Recon was the top of the line "Trail Rated" Jeep at the time and we drove it off road and over rocks just as the advertisements suggest yet when a stub shaft broke on the trail we were told "the vehicle has to much trail damage to be covered under warranty" the trial damage consist of dents and dings in skid plates and cross members. I did make some modifications (more skid plates, winch etc.) but nothing to the front locker or stub shaft. The jeep brand has portrayed themselves as THE off road vehicle, yet if you take it off road the warranty is null and void! Way to go Premier and Jeep in general, If you use your product the way it is advertised you never have to cover anything. Very disappointed. David & Michelle Blake read more

The service here is so slow. My car has been waiting 3 days for a stand by. They told me i could drive my car with no headlights along with the gas not working hello safety issue. And too book an appointment there booking a month out. And they told me that they only have one mechanic on for the whole cape cod. I'll pay AAA to tow my car over the bridge before i ever go there again read more
