Premier Auto Body is top notch in every respect. They do meticulous work on repairs and they are very prompt, efficient, and the actual shop is very clean (unlike other body shops I've been to). Russ is the owner and he takes excellent care of his clients. He helps customers obtain rental cars and assists in helping them through the daunting claims process, so there's no stress involved in getting your car repaired. Don't let your insurance company try to "steer" you to THEIR body shop - that is illegal in the State of California. read more

Right after I had my car painted at Premier Auto Body I went to meet a friend for lunch. The first thing he said to me was 'Did you just buy a brand new car!' He insisted on going outside with me to look. He walked slowly around a couple of times and was very impressed. THEN this week I took my Mercedes to my mechanic for a tune up. They had never seen any car painted as professionally as Premier Auto Body. I love how my car looks! It was a genius stroke on Russ's part to replace all the symbols to new. Prompt service, professional workmanship, and constant positive attitude. read more

When my car was totaled, a friend told me to have it towed to Premier Auto Body. That was the best suggestion she could have made! The owner, Russ, is personable, smart and savvy. He not only helped me to get more money for my totaled car than I expected, he also went above and beyond by finding me a replacement car. What a relief! The idea of trying to find a good used car was overwhelming to me. I am so pleased to have found this gem. read more

I was looking at Autobody places online to fix a nice large dent on the side of my car. I read these reviews, I even saw the comments of Jane D. and disregarded it, thinking the other reviews were more correct. Well I was wrong, and now that I read that other negative review I realize how much it made sense. I took my car to Premier Autobody for an estimate. First they told me they don't give estimates. But they were nice enough to look over the dent real fast and give me one anyway. Then when I told them it was outside insurance, they told me they don't do that. They walked away, and wouldn't take my business. I'm sorry, but I find that terribly rude. Obviously don't take your car here for dents you are trying to fix yourself. read more

We have used the services of Premier Auto Body for many years. None of us like to have the inconvenience of having body work done, but Russ does quality work and works really hard to make the process easy for the customer. He takes care of all the paperwork, insurance inspections and temporary car rental and makes the process go smoothly. When we brought our car in last week he had a rental waiting for us, and by this week we picked up our repaired car and left the rental with him. He even delivered a car to our house once. Excellent work. I would not consider going anywhere else. read more

When I first owned another car, Russ helped me to get an even better car AND fixed up that second car for me to use. I haven't looked back since. I've known this man since 2008 and it's been nothing but a positive experience for me. Whenever and I mean whenever I take my car into him, he always takes care of me, my car and makes sure everything is done in a timely and professional manner. I have no complaints and every job performed is beyond what I ask for, at an even more reasonable price. What more could you ask for? I have SEVERAL stories and testimonials to share, but in short, if you ever need any kind of work done, THIS IS THE PLACE to take your car to. Hands down, the best auto service I've dealt with. Russ, if you see this, THANK YOU, FOR EVERYTHING! read more

I would not trust these folks with my automobile. They were extremely rude to me and did not give a competetive quote. If they can't treat their customers with any respect, the least they could do is offer better service for a better price. If you are expecting polite, thorough service for a decent price, do not use Premier Autobody. read more

Russ is amazing. He makes a painful process easy as pie. Great guy and fun to talk to. A+++ Go to this place!

Just called this guy; didn't even have to walk in to know this place will be terrible. Zero customer service. Refused to look at my car the second I mentioned the name of my insurance company. He might as well have hung up on me after that. He even pushed me off to other body shops saying he doesn't have the time for my business. Very poor experience right out of the gate. Would not recommend even to my enemies. read more

Russ is the best. He walked me through a complicated insurance claim and did a beautiful job on my poor, scratched-up car. He gave me a very reasonable price for the work. Highly recommended. read more

I came in last week just to get an estimate on the damage done the day before when a woman too old to drive smashed into my car. I was super stressed when I got there, being that I had kids to pick up from school that afternoon and no car to get them! He assured me right off the bat that everything would be fine and be taken care of right away. I had planned to get 2 more estimates after taking it to Premier, but realized very quickly that Russ was the man for the job. Within 15 minutes, he had a Hertz rental car ready for me and had already spoken with AAA to get the ball rolling on the estimate. In less than a half hour, I was out of there, into my rental car, and with complete confidence that my Honda was in good hands. I told him I needed my brake-lights and a turn signal replaced, as well as an oil change in addition to the body work. I was ecstatic to pick up my car today and find that he had done all the repairs (beautifully), and understanding my status as a starving-student, not charged me for the electrical work or oil change!! Amazing customer service, I will certainly return to him next time my car needs work. Go bears! read more

Thanks Russ! Great work at a good price! You're the greatest!

I was recommended to Russ by a friend who couldn't stop raving about the professionalism and the quality of his work. Everything my friend stated was accurate to a "T". Not to mention Russ is a fun Guy to talk to. You can't go wrong with Premier Autobody. I will be recommending him to my friends and family. If you're reading this now and you've choosen to give Russ a shot.... I promise you that your 5 star review will be right under mine. read more

Excellent service. Quality work, quick turn around, friendly and skilled team. Highly recommend.

Seeing the negative review below has inspired me to share my story. We have used Premier Autobody 3 times over the last 6 or so years. Russ, the owner, has always been professional and friendly. He actually took the time to remembered my name. His quotes have consistently been less expensive and easy to understand than the other shops we called on. His work is top of the line and his turn around time cannot be beat. The negative review is so far from what I and all my friends, who now also go to him, have experienced I wonder if the review was actually for a different shop or maybe made up entirely. I can say with great confidence and experience that if you use Russ you will be happy. read more

Russ and company are absolutely the best. Their customer service is second to none. My '01 Honda got smashed 1 week after I got it by my friend who happened to be insured by Geico. The insurance adjuster said if I got it done at a Geico facility (Premier auto body) it would be guaranteed for as long as I owned it. How could I go wrong. Its now '08 and the clear coat is peeling off. I went to see Russ and with no grief he took care of it. He did what was represented with a smile. Go Russ! read more

Thumbs up to Russ McClure and his team! They recently repaired the damage to my Honda Hybrid and did a fantastic job. Russ is very customer-oriented and had the job done in no time. He also is very insurance savvy, handling the claim with the insurance company on my behalf and meeting with them for the inspection. He even touched up little scratches elsewhere on the car and now it looks like a brand new car. This was the second time I had my car worked on by Russ and it was 100% satisfaction both times. read more

When I took my car in to be repaired, Russ did a fine job. He also helped me with the insurance process AND washed the car AND removed the year-old tape residue that was on the two side windows. AND he did all this in only two days, as opposed to the 3 days that the other repair shops had quoted me. Top marks! read more

I just had the best experience with Russ at Premier Autobody. My long-time co-worker has always talked about the level of service she's received over the years from Russ. After 20 years, I had an opportunity to utilize Russ' services. Russ was efficient, courteous, and thorough. He took care of EVERYTHING for us. We needed only drop off our car and he handled the claims adjuster and the rental car situation. We picked up our car less than a week later in better condition than it was PRIOR to the accident! Russ even returned our rental for us. Russ now has a lifelong customer. My son--the next generation--will be sure to call Russ FIRST in the event he ever needs to. Too bad I can't give Premier Autobody (and Russ, of course!) six stars. This whole experience exceeded my expectations. I see why my co-worker hasn't taken her many cars to anyone else since the early 90's. read more

Six Star Review. Like others I had the best experience with Russ at Premier. He came through when I was in the midst of a move and things were pretty crazy. He got the ball rolling fast, and met the target date he predicted. Wow what a life saver. Even better the work done on the car just came out looking new. I mean, where the damage was and not, just blended in nicely. Russ's service is first rate and I never, ever go that far. To boot, he's an interesting guy, full of life and totally fair in his estimates and fun to talk to. read more

We love Russ and Premier Autobody! We are picky/with high expectations... Russ & team never disappoint- excellent craftsmanship & always meets the agreed upon timelines. We will continue to utilize Premier Autobody whenever our autos need bodywork. Thanks Russ! read more
