First, on the day they were suppose to come out they called and rescheduled for a week later. Then when Ed finally did come he said the refrigerator was leaking Freon and he would need to call Lowe's to see how they wanted to handle it and would let us know what Lowe's wanted to do. After a few days, and repeated messages left at Dependable's office, I finally talked to Shirley in their office. Shirley said they didn't have anyone who handled this kind of repair and I needed to call "whoever sent them to us" to reschedule an appointment for a service person. When asked how I was suppose to know that , she was pretty rude, and said, just call the company that referred them (like she didn't even know it was Lowe's) I called Lowe's, and found that Dependable said the service call was cancelled. No notes that they had been to my home or of what they had found or the Lowe's needed to send someone else. Just cancelled. After hearing all this, the Lowe's agent said she was filing a formal complaint against Dependable on my behalf. Again, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
