And, the owners (Brianna and Jeremy) are good people who are doing business the right way--care about the customer and long-term. Their business may be relatively new, but they come with decades of experience in the HVAC business at larger companies (and have very experienced, quality installers). After 20+ years, our heat pump stopped working and it was time for a replacement. Another local company who was a referral gave a quote that was so high that it was laughable. So, I gathered other quotes, and All In Heating and Air was almost the cheapest (very close 2nd--and over $4K cheaper than the first company's quote for the same system), first to respond, transparent, and included complimentary perks. And, there was absolutely NO upselling. They provided me with the range of quotes I requested (from 14 SEER to 18 SEER systems), but then actually discouraged me from the more expensive system (which I knew was probably overkill for what I needed but refreshing to have Jeremy also confirm). Everything was seamless and done well--from the quote details, communication, financing options (I had my own financing, but they had even better options), and installation--on time, finished early, careful, and everything worked correctly (and they even registered the product). I highly recommend All In Heating and Air for any of your HVAC needs (and you'll enjoy interacting with pleasant, good people who are local small business owners, which is a cherry on top).

I have a clogged over flow line that leaves out of my septic tank. Brook's Plumbing came out and…read moreran a snake down both ways in the piping and attempted to flush out the line with a bladder. All in all about an hour and a half worth of work and came to the conclusion that the line may be collapsed. I accepted the defeat, hoping it was an easy fix. So with that said I asked what do I owe them for the work they did and it came out to $650. To run a snake up the pipe and utilize the bladder and very little hand digging $650 and the issue was never resolve. And then got offered that they will come out with a mini trackhoe to dig and fix the issue for $1800 pulse cost of materials. I will never again hire a plumber, I might even quit my job as a natural gas pipeliner and start work as a plumber. I feel so cheated out of $650 for nothing really. I Couldn't in my right mind charge somebody full price for that little work and not fixing the issue. Sure make a few bucks coming out to the site and attempting to fix it. But $650??? And septic system is still messed up.... Never again Brooks plumbing.

We hired Knock Out Electric/ George Murphy to do the electrical for a basic kitchen remodel. The first, who after 2 days on the job we requested he not come back d/t concerns of his mental health or other issues- and d/t messing up the recessed lights layout and transformer wiring. The second sub, was labeled the "project lead" and we were told to work with him to finish things up. Well he couldn't figure out how to make the cabinet lights work on a dimmer. His solution was to replace the whole set-up with AC tape lights, instead of just figuring out the transformer etc.. When we expressed our concerns to George he said he'd handed over the contract to Adam/ the second sub, and if we wanted the work finished/ fixed we'd have to pay him/ George more. Feels like a scam! So we're left with unfinished kitchen lights- they left a mess several times - and they refuse to finish. AND George deleted our communication on the joist app so we can't access the original estimate. Why would he need to do that? What is he hiding? Weird. He'll take your money, send incompetent subs in, not finish, leave a mess. Don't hire him because he doesn't care about the customer.
