I really appreciated him saving me the $110 service call. He even took the time to advise me on the best brand to buy to replace it. I call in after a few weeks and am told the manger is busy with a customer but will call be back when done. Few hours no return call. Called in again, manager would call me back later. Finally got a call back. Informed me the discount was only domestic and not commercial machines. That's fine. I asked him to send me an invoice to pay the 10% difference. Called me back to say the machine would have to ship from NY as the didn't have any in stock. Then canceled my order and told me I had to reorder it again. Since canceling my order they increased the price on the machine so now I would have to pay even more for the machine than what the original price was. Dishonest and absolutely horrible to work with. Order from someone that is reputable, not here.
