I kept getting my breasts botched out here, so much so that I became desperate and explanted my implants. I was on the hunt for two years to find the perfect doctor and I feel really lucky to have finally found Dr. Wegerif. During the consultation, he was beyond compassionate. He listened and even joked around when I needed a good joke. He sat in the room with me for too long and never rushed me. He made it seem like he wanted to be there and answer every single one of my repetitive questions. Now...why is this team different? You have no idea. This team blew my mind and I'm not sure if it's just because I'm used to snotty LA doctors but this team brought me to tears. They left me in awe. I flew in the night/morning of my consultation so I was beat and to be real, kind of over it. I had a mini breakdown in the consultation room and even panicked to consider canceling the procedure altogether. I was scared and to be honest felt a little doomed. After paying a deposit and moving forward with scheduling, I discovered that the surgeon assigned to perform the procedure had been changed. What made this even more frustrating was the way the booking process was handled. I was expected to review documents, sign agreements, and make payment within a very short timeframe during the same call. I did not feel I was given a reasonable opportunity to fully understand the terms or the possibility of a surgeon substitution before committing financially. The identity and qualifications of the surgeon were a major factor in my decision to proceed. Learning about the change after the fact significantly damaged my trust and confidence in the process. When patients are making important medical decisions, transparency and clear communication should be a priority. Based on my experience, I felt pressured during the intake process and disappointed by the lack of clear communication regarding a change that directly affected my decision. As a result, I chose not to move forward with treatment and requested a refund of my deposit. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who expects clear communication, transparency, and sufficient time to review important medical and financial documents before making a decision.

I also had 3 microdermabrasion facials (there were on special at the time) and "Jina" was phenomenal. Overall I am VERY pleased with ALL of my results. They seem to have very good equipment and well-trained specialists. What makes this place terrible is their customer service. They change their employees like people change their underwear. During the year+ I was there they replaced the manager 3 times and I lost count on how many front desk clerks they went through. This is very frustrating for clients because the staff never knows who we are, our history, and/or what we've discussed with previous members. They also changed technicians a lot so I was never able to schedule an appt with a specific tech I liked. This was also frustrating because I didn't get the same type of treatment each time. Right before my last session I received a call from Pascual's corporate office (in Aventura) and- in their attempt to keep me as a customer- I was offered a 6-treatment package for $360 or single treatments for $80. I told the lady I would think about it. When I went in (to South Miami) for my appt I discussed the offer with the manager and tech at that time. The receptionist looked me up in the computer and showed them the offer I was given by corporate. Both of them said that my results were so good it really wasn't necessary for me to get the package. We all agreed that it was a better deal to pay the $80 per session because I would only need 1 or 2 per year. FAST FORWARD I called back TODAY to make an appt at the price I was quoted and the receptionist (a new one, of course) understood the offer differently and said I would have to pay $200 for one treatment for one small area. I called corporate to see if they could help figure things out and the lady told me I'm not in their system because I've never been to the Aventura location. Uhhh...Isn't this the CORPORATE office?? It shouldn't matter if you were located in Hooker, Oklahoma EVERY client's files/account should be accessible at the CORPORATE office. And this is the SAME office where I received the call from when I was offered that deal. The lady said she didn't know what to tell me. Well I know what to tell PASCUAL MD: You just lost a customer.

For that reason alone, I cannot recommend his office and here is why. My story- I booked my surgery in February 2017 and was assigned to Yisel as my patient coordinator. It was supposed to be in July 2017, but it was cancelled because I didn't get medical clearance. After my surgery was cancelled it was almost impossible to get Yisel back on the phone. I paid Eres Plastic Surgery (that was their name at the time) a deposit to hold my date. According to the cancellation policy, I was entitled to a refund. I have emailed Yisel for days and she has yet to respond. I know she is getting my emails since all of them have been sent with read receipts. I called the office and spoke with Claudia, Yisel's manager, only to be told by Claudia that I have to speak with Yisel. As of today I have not heard from Yisel or Claudia regarding my refund. They are both ignoring my calls. It is my understanding that Imagenes Plastic Surgery (again, formerly Eres Plastic Surgery) has a slew of complaints against them and that they are under investigation by the Attorney General's Office in Florida. When I spoke with a clerk at the Attorney General's Office, she explained that the state is aware of their practices, which include procedures performed by unlicensed physicians and refusing to issue a refunds according to the signed agreement. At the clerk's suggestion I went online to file a complaint against them. I have also filed a complaint with my credit card company to get my deposit refunded. I truly believe everything happens for a reason and I am thankful for the signs that led me not to get surgery at Imagenes Plastic Surgery. Here are a few things I did not know about them prior to booking my surgery: 1. Eres Plastic Surgery (their former name) had a death in March 2017 and November 2016. Both deaths were the result of poorly done bbl's performed by unlicensed plastic surgeons. 2. Prior to being called Eres Plastic Surgery they were called Encore Plastic Surgery. There are also deaths linked to Encore Plastic Surgery. Please google both names. 3. There are numerous articles that link the deaths at Encore Plastic Surgery to facility and equipment failure. Update: Nancy, the person who commented on my review, says they now have this equipment. 4. Jonathan Fisher, M.D. is the ONLY board-certified physician at Imagenes Plastic Surgery. 5. Imagenes Plastic Surgery does NOT use board-certified anesthesiologist. Instead, likely to cut cost, they use Nurse Anesthesiologist. This could explain why a woman was left brain dead following breast implants a few years ago. Verdict - Please do your research before you decide to get plastic surgery. Imagenes Plastic Surgery is filled with unlicensed physicians, possible inadequate equipment, and is under investigation for failure to refund deposits. To Nancy: In response to your comment. My review is for Jonathan Fisher. Not Anthony Fisher. I've never heard of Anthony Fisher. And Yisel and Claudia, who you seem to know, are employees of Imagenes. Please see the pictures I posted and our emails. If they are using your company's name fraudulently (which I doubt, since Dr. Fisher is on Imagenes website) I suggest you call Yisel directly.
