I rented a Toyota Corolla that could've been a little cleaner on the inside. It did smell like somebody had either vaped or smoked in the car. I am SUPER sensitive to any kind of cigarette smoke so I coughed and sneezed a lot in the car. It is totally on me for not returning the car and getting a different one. I am confident that they would have done that for me. I can't say enough nice things about the staff. They were wonderful. The prices were normal for this area, which I think is way too high! But that's out of everyone's control except for the corporate office. I used their after hours drop off service, and it went extremely smoothly. I would definitely use them again.

Unfortunately somebody hit my wife's car, the suggested rental company by the insurance was this one. Went to pick up the car lady asks me do you want extra insurance I made sure to say no because they are always trying to sell it. She then has me sign a bunch of papers telling me it's to agree that I'm taking the car and if anything happens it's my responsibility and so forth. Has me sign like 4 different things. I guess it's part my fault for trusting hertz employees so I didn't read every single page that I signed. After my rental like two weeks later I'm receiving a $200+ charge for a 7 day rental for additional insurance charges. I called manager was no help whatsoever. She just said I signed a paper saying I wanted the basic package which means I have to pay extra. She then just tells me to call corporate. I was on the phone for over 30 min. Just to get a partial refund. I'm 100% sure I told the lady that checked me in that I didn't want extra insurance. That's why I pay for it on my personal insurance! But Hertz is just sneaky sneaky always trying to get more money out of you! Be careful use another rental company.

No hassle about when, where and why. Chad had a car ready and waiting for us. We were originally told to go to Enterprise (contract between the insurance company and Enterprise), Enterprise did not and would not have a car ready until 4 or 5 days later. The closest Enterprise available with a car on that day was 54 miles away.

Last time which was about 2 years ago I had my rental for about 6-8 months for hail damage yes that long just for hail damage would not recommend Caliber Collision off of 80 in Mesquite but had a great experience with Enterprise off of Military in Mesquite with Brandi, I believe that's her name. Had a reservation this time but went there and they had no car ready and they had to pull out a POS that was smoked out. Tried to go to Enterprise off of Military new crew and everyone was rude there and the manager did not want to trade in my car and told me to go back to the other Enterprise and they can find me a new fresh car, why? I'm already here. I go back get another car after an hour and it happens to have a nail in the tire, I get another car guess what another nail in the tire. I get another car and this one again is smoked out but luckily no nail in the tire. I drop off the vehicle because my vehicle is ready and nobody is in sight at 10:30 in the morning so I drop off the keys in the box. I remember I forgot something in my center console (brass knuckles and they are not illegal) the gentleman said there was nothing in the car left . Hanna said she didn't look through the vehicle but the older gentleman said it was only napkins in the middle. I let him know if you seen the napkins then you seen what else was in the console. He told me he was told to throw them away. Why would you not call the customer and let them know they were left in the vehicle. He went out the back door and cursed something under his breath and went in got them. I believe in my opinion the older man tried to steal them.

I just overpaid…read morethe rental because they canceled my return earlier than the date I actually returned the car. BUT TODAY - I got a bill in the mail for $80.70. The bill does not state why they are billing me an additional 80 dollars. It just says, there is an outstanding balance. I called Enterprise customer service, and they couldn't help me because this location is a 'neighborhood location'. What in the world is the problem? They can't do their own accounting, accurately? I am now going to have to call this location tomorrow, and argue, and end up filing an FTC or State's Attorney complaint....and it's upsetting. This has been my go-to rental agency for years.

Ruined an entire day. Had it all planed to go get it. Ended up checking 4 car rental sites. 2 were legit and said no reservations allowed at this time. Enterprise and thrifty allowed reservations. Thrifty is legit. Enterprise wants as many to sign up as possible with no promise of a vehicle. Improve by shutting down the online reservation when you're full. Doesn't matter what you do. The way the woman spoke on the phone proves you don't give two craps if you ruin a clients day. Pic is confirmed confirmation after I checked in Hit them where it hurts like they do to customers.
