My solution? A home a/c system. Our fear? Getting ripped off. Enter Belluz! A work colleague recommended Belluz, after another colleague mentioned Greg Belluz was a family relation, a great guy, and an honest businessman. Our buddy had gotten an estimate from a local (Santa Maria) business for nearly $10K. He called Belluz, and they came in at less than half the first estimate! Apparently, the first business was recommending an a/c system that would have been suitable for a home that was twice the size. We called Belluz and left a voicemail. They called back in a timely manner and we arranged for a visit to get an estimate. Greg arrived right on time, spent about 10 minutes surveying our home, and then discussed his proposal. He gave us a verbal estimate, and followed-up w/ a formal estimate via e-mail, two days later. Well within our budget, so we accepted the offer and scheduled an installation date. Again, Greg showed up right on time to do the work, and was finished in under 2 hours. A/C works like a champ!! Even better, Greg guarantees his work, and said, "If you have any problems or concerns, call us and we'll come right over." We are grateful to Greg for his integrity and excellent customer service!! They charged me for…read morecleaning the house saying that it was very dirty, even though I had pictures showing how clean it was. They also charged me for broken sprinklers and dry spots in the grass even though the sprinklers were always broken and maintained by them. I was told to leave wall mounts in order to avoid paying for holes and was still charged. If you rent from them take DETAILED PICTURES AND VIDEOS upon moving in and out or you may not get your deposit back. I do not recommend using their business.

They made my move easy and painless last August 2017. Then the owner of the property decided no more rentals and they were forced to give me a 60-day notice to terminate my agreement. That notice came the day after I moved out of my condo in Calabasas as I needed to sell. The day after that I lost a dear writer friend to cancer. I was devastated. I had a really bad experience with Plus Property Management and Tower gave me advice of my rights as a prospective tenant (I haven't been one in many years.) They held my hand, then helped me find another awesome house. Not only did they empathize with my problem, but they went to work to solve it. I will forever be grateful.
