An Excellent Experience! I found Jason Francia and The…read moreFrancia Team after doing research online and reading their reviews. I am the executor of an estate in probate, and it included a property in Santa Maria, CA. I live out of state and needed a real estate agent who could help me handle everything from start to finish. Jason gave me a clear game plan and helped coordinate getting the property emptied out, professionally cleaned, and ready to sell. He explained his marketing process and kept everything moving even though I wasn't there to participate. Once the home hit the market, we received multiple offers the first weekend and were in contract just a few days later. The property sold quickly, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I had a great experience working with Jason Francia and The Francia Team and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell a home in Santa Maria.

The funny thing is, Jason Francia was actually the listing agent when I originally bought the home years ago. I remembered seeing how he worked during that transaction, and over the years I had also heard great things about Jason and the Francia Team from several friends. When it came time to sell, I reached out to Jason to hear his thoughts and his plan. My property manager had also recommended another real estate agent, but after speaking with both, there was a noticeable difference in the level of knowledge Jason had about the Santa Maria real estate market and the surrounding area. That local experience really made Jason and his team stand out. Even with me being stationed in Germany, Jason took the time to explain everything, including the pricing strategy, marketing plan, and what he believed we needed to do to get the home sold. Communication was great throughout the entire process, which made it much easier handling everything from overseas. We put the home on the market and received offers within the first week. Jason helped negotiate the price and terms we were looking for, and we were able to successfully get the home closed. I'm extremely happy with how everything worked out and would absolutely recommend Jason Francia and the Francia Team to anyone looking to sell a home in Santa Maria, California, especially if you need someone you can trust to handle everything when you are out of the area.

Two words describes Wendy's professional service: Experience Counts…read more I felt something like Red Riding hood facing the proverbial Wolf in a market I had no tangible experience in; other than hearsay from family and friends. But when you start your search for an agent, who will be just the "just right" agent and what do you base your selection on? The one with a good looking website? The fastest response time? Perhaps the agent with a great smile and firm handshake? Which professional will guide you through the treacherous waters of an ever changing market? I suggest that Experience Counts and that is just what you will get with Wendy. Santa Maria, and specifically the Orcutt area, is her home court and has been for years. She does a volume of transactions that allows her to know both ends of the market, the buyers and the inventory available and recently sold. Like a matchmaker, she can align desires, goals with the reality of the marketplace. When you find yourself second guessing yourself, she can bring you in from the ledge. She listens, delivers advice with care and helps throughout the process. I have a number of real estate transactions as a baseline to measure performance and with great confidence, Wendy is truly a caring professional that will deliver results, not just promises.
