Just laid a few glue traps. We had even agreed to pay a higher fee since they were coming on a weekend. I thought that when they came back in 10 days for an inspection that they might offer some more advice. Guess what? They never came back. To add insult to injury they then sent me an email weeks later saying my bill was past due. I had given them my cc number to charge, but for some reason it didn't go through. They said they had called me about this, but I never received a call or voicemail. This was also the first email that I'd received about it. I was told to call and give them a new number but they never accounted for the fact that half of the services agreed to in the contract weren't provided. I still have rodent activity. Find someone else...

I was at the property for the entire window and about 11:30am called the scheduler as I hadn't heard anything. She indicated she can't get a hold of the technician but my property was next on his gps/job list. I then called back at 12:45 pm and was told it was taking longer at the previous job than anticipated so the technician wouldn't be available for another hour and a half - at the property approx 2:30pm. I had requested a review of the quote since the scheduled time was so off and was offered $25 dollars off (less than 10% of the quote). Jobs and projects take longer than anticipated all the time but it's not the responsibility of the customer to reach out when things are running behind.

Leonard didn't follow up on a few items-- including identifying exactly what type of pest I had, but since I never saw any of the pests following his treatments, that was the least of my concerns. They still claim it wasn't necessarily their fault but that they were going through a staffing problem and we may have been one of the customers that was caught up in it.. Yes I received my full refund after a long hard battle but I still stand by my first review.. If you have squirrels, contact a wildlife professional not a pest control company even if they claim to have someone who "specializes" in squirrel removal...

It was set up very poorly and unprofessional, and we later found out he was in violation with the way the trap was set up. There was nothing to protect our roof shingles from the animal if the animal was ever caught, which in our case, the animal was NEVER caught. He placed a can of cat food inside the trap and then he returned without our knowledge and placed another can of cat food and left the old can of cat food inside the trap that stood inside the trap for over two weeks, so you can only imagine the insect maggots that accumulated. The estimate came in way over our budget; however David assured us that the work would be high quality, and that he wanted to take pictures of the finished work to show future clients. We decided to go with him. David and his assistant finished up in mid January2024. The work was not quality at all, David really dropped the ball with this job. We definitely would not refer David McMaster's for any work. The areas that are sub-par at best are the new doors, new glass block window, hard wood flooring, and all of the paint work. We also had complaints from the tenants about the big mess that was made and not cleaned up, transporting debris from the unit to the garbage cans. If considering hiring this company, please ask David about the Exchange St, remodel. We are still waiting on him to return the keys.
