I saw a raccoon climb my house to my roof. I thought it was on the roof and going up and down but…read morewhen Lookout came to investigate I was told the raccoon had ate it's way into a chimney vent and was occupying the crawl space. And so began the work to get it out. A trap was set on a Thursday morning and by Monday morning the raccoon was trapped. Every morning someone came out to look at the trap to see if anything had been trapped. After the raccoon was trapped, another trap was placed to stay up there for a few days to make sure there is only one. Thanks Harries! Recently we had a new service person come, Dietrich, who was excellent compared to the previous guy. Dietrich was very thorough, checked every thing, every trap, sprayed everywhere, and took photos. He was there a decent amount of time to do it right. Some of the others had just gone through the restaurant quickly just hitting here and there. Hopefully, we can have hime service us long term or if we have to have a replacement, they are also just as thorough.

They have been great to deal with and affordable to inspect and setup traps and catch the squirrel. They caught one and will make sure here are no more before taking the traps away.
