As the designer, it was immediately clear that Tailored Living offered higher quality, custom work that others do not. When he finally showed up we agreed that he would sand, stain, and lacquer the top to remove the damage of 8 years of usage for $400. When I went to pick it up it was apparent that he didn't sand the top at all. Surface scratches and glass marks were still there. I confronted him and he just lied to my face and said he sanded it. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself. This man is a fraud and shouldn't be trusted. I wasn't going to argue with him and then leave my expensive table in his possession, so I paid and left. I asked for my money back by text and he continued to lie to me. I would guess that he just rubbed stain on the cracks and put one layer of lacquer on it. 10 minutes of work. $400.
